The resort is lovely. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has great selections. The room is spacious and comfy.
The bath tub is out outside on the patio but there isn't much coverage from other guests so we couldn't really use it.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad, met heel vriendelijke staff, gratis fietsen en als extra activiteit een geweldige waterslide op het strand.
De kamer die we kregen was niet top. Niet zoals op de mooie foto’s, achterin tegen de personeelsruimte. We hebben niet geklaagd omdat we dat niet graag doen, maar dit viel tegen.

The location is pure paradise. The beach, the swimmingpool and the fisherboats heading out at night. We stayed at the private pool area which was a bonus. Almost everybody there tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Beds were also very good. We did not want to leave after 5 days.
The improvement points we experienced are minor but worth mentioning.
The smell, especially in the restaurant, was at times very unpleasant to put it mildy. No diet drinks, no cocktails, the spa was not yet operational. The help did not clean our toilets in the days we stayed there.

Das Personal war stets sehr bemüht. Die Anlage an sich hübsch arrangiert.
Für Familien die nicht direkt aus Vietnam stammen ist diese Unterkunft nicht geeignet. Das Personal spricht kein Englisch. Jede Unterhaltung musste mit Translator statt finden.
Die Interaktion war daher überaus schwierig. Das Personal nahm seinen Job trotzdem sehr ernst, für eine Pizza wurde eine komplette Tafel mit Stäbchen und Reis Schälchen eingedeckt, trotz mehrfachen Bitten, dass ein paar Teller durchaus reichen würden.
Die Pizza Hawaii war anstatt mit Schinken, mit Würstchen ausgestattet.
Der Strand fiel sehr steil ab, die wellenreiche Küste für Kinder nicht geeignet und für Eltern von keinem liegeplatz einsehbar.
Der Pool war zu jedem Zeitpunkt komplett überfüllt. Handtücher wurden am Pool sofort von einer Mitarbeiterin aufgeräumt, sobald man sie auf einem Liegestuhl abgelegt hat. Man stand dann quasi nass und ohne Handtuch da.
Am Abend gab es ein Feuerwerk, das war nett, allerdings gefolgt von einer mehrstündigen Opern Aufführung die am ganzen Gelände laut zu hören war.
