Nestled in Martinez, this charming condo for $79 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to The Cozy|Hearth. This condo is easily accessible, less than 5 miles away from the Augusta National Golf Course. Only eight miles from Downtown. Accommodates 6 guests. Perfect location to see all of Augusta. Experience this our city like a local. Fresh open locally designed townhome. Two bedroom / two bath. Plush Queen Size Beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Open Living & Dining Area. Sitting area on patio. We always provide guests with fresh towels, linens, & coffee. We also offer a pack in play and brand new sofa sleeper to accommodate families. Guest have access to the entire condo. We give our guests space but are available. Platform messaging is preferred but can be contacted via phone or text. We are in a quiet Augusta neighborhood right off Washington road. Close to local coffee shops , grocery stores, and more.

Loved this place. Very clean and safe. Hidden behind a business area. Easy access to the downtown area, Bobby Jones Expressway, and I 20. Made getting around town easy. Parking available for 2 vehicles. No dressers in bedrooms but plenty of closet space with linen cabinet in master.

Most everything was good. Could have used a few more towel. Would have been nice to have a place to store our clothing; also, hangers and hooks for clothes.

Love the location. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were awesome. Felt very safe. Overall happy and plan to book this property again in February.

Very nice/clean, yet no-frills place short drive from Augusta National. Hosts communicated quickly, as we had a question about wifi. Perfect for 2 couples or 4 guys visiting Augusta! 2-car reserved parking directly in front was also a huge plus!

Property is in a quiet good location, however property manager doesn't respond back within what anyone would consider a reasonable amount of time. Master bedroom toilet was loose on the floor and would rock back and forth, master bathroom sink was clogged water would take long to drain, these are issues that don't happen from one day to the next, lack of proper property maintenance and inspection. Kitchen stove only one burner worked, the other three did not. Property is listed as having a sofa sleeper, we found out that all there was is an inflatable bed that had no sheets for it. Would definitely never recommend to anyone or return and rent from this host.
