The rooms were pretty decent for the price
I am a disabled veteran. They had no rooms on the first floor for me and the elevators were malfunctioning. After letting them know that I got locked out of my rooms a few times and having to climb up and down the stairs for my entire stay, I was assaulted by the elevator door once the “FIXED IT”. It hit me in my disabled shoulder and I have been numb in my neck and my shoulder ever since. When I let them know, they just said they would give me a call back. It seems that they are in the middle of being taken over by IHG, but instead of spending money on expensive signs, perhaps they should focus more on fixing the elevator and making sure that their guests are safe and do not get injured during their stay.
