It’s a really lovely hotel and good value for the night, the breakfast is great, really nice to have a daily yoga class included in the stay. Nice pool. Walking distance to a lot of good cafes and restaurants in town.
The yoga mats are old and dirty, they should consider getting new ones.

Manuel was the best receptionist we’ve ever met!! Him and his whole crew did above and beyond to us! Thank you for the most amazing stay!! They helped us experience Tulum the best way with their recommendations and reservations for activities
The location is far from the beach but it’s worth it

The room is spacious, clean and the outside area with the plants and pool is amazing. The mosquito nets are very helpful. There are yoga classes that you can attend for free. There are enough parking spaces and a big supermarket and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
At the beginning the AC did smell mouldy, but the more it was used, the better it got. The room was very hard to lock and unlock with the key provided, sometimes took us several minutes.
