We struggled with getting the codes for the doors but the owner answered quickly on booking.com messages. Also on the intercom outside the apartment. Very helpful.
Could have done with new pillows as they were slightly lumpy but overall comfy beds. Also could have done with new towels. They were perfectly clean but just looked like they could do with replacing. No big deal!!

Great Location, quiet, clean, very welcoming, very helpful and responsive hosts
The air con in the main bedroom isn’t as good as the rest of the property so it was a little hot. There was an additional fan provided.
Bathroom only accessible through second bedroom but we knew about this when booking.

Location on the perfect place in historical center with lots of restaurants nearby
Due to construction works in the building it was pretty loud in the morning, it was hot when we came to the appartment for the first time in the night, it is worst turning the AC in advance it took several hours to chill the appartment

Location
Annoying messaging from the host, checkin procedure with IDs, Selfies with IDs; sending passport copies after the checkin; arrival and departure time request; sending code, etc. Annoying notes what is prohibited, and strictly prohibited. Garbage should be collected and brought to the city garbage bins.
There are two rooms, one close to the bathroom, from the other you need to pass through the entrance/kitchen and the first room, which is not nice.
