I needed help with my luggage and they took my luggage and we walked to the bus terminal directly to the gate so was leaving from. That was a big help

Comfortable and convenient location. Pretty quiet at night.
Room design was a little strange as this seems to be a motel (and motels in Mexico = couples looking for privacy) with some rooms functioning as hotel rooms.

Everithing went ok, Meals are excellent and price/quality was as expected.
Wifi is buggy. sometime I couldn start a video call.

The rooms are comfortable and the included breakfast is nice. We had a problem with the door and they fixed it
The staff barely spoke a word to us even though we were Spanish native speakers. The whole ambiance of the hotel is a bit too dark. At random times in the middle of the night very loud music would be played making it impossible to ignore and it would last for hours
