This spacious 3 level cabin rental features 5-bedrooms and 5-bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 16 people. Each bedroom offers a flat screen TV, DVD player, and ceiling fan. With 3,300 sq. ft., there is plenty of room for multiple families, a couples retreat or family reunion. The main floor is allotted for comfortable relaxation in the large living area with a wall of windows. Curl up in front of the fireplace with a good book and hot chocolate for a quiet evening on the ample comfortable seating or catch the game or latest movie on the flat screen TV. Open to the living area with plentiful seating for 10 people; dine around the large dining table for 16. Additional seating for 3 is offered at the granite kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all you that is need to prepare delightful meals and modernized with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Wind down at the end of the day by watching your family's favorite movies in the theater room, complete with a 10' projection screen. In the morning, whip up a tasty breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen. Savor your coffee out on one of the large decks. The gameroom is packed with plenty of entertainment! Test your skills on the 7 foot pool table or enjoy some friendly competition on the air hockey table. Take a walk back in time and play games like Pac Man and Galaga on the Multi-Cade or spend hours playing over 400 pinball tables on the digital pinball machine. We had a great time in Gatlinburg. Our cabin was close to everything we wanted to do yet private enough to enjoy our own space. Our party was 8 adults and 4 children. The kids stayed in the bunks downstairs in the game room. (Ages 6,6,5 & 3) and had a blast. Each adult couple had their own room with a king size bed and their own personal bathroom. And the ladies and children enjoyed the hot tub every evening. It was great! We done a Walmart pickup and set it for our arrival time and stopped by and brought groceries in with us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook with and then some. Our next to the last day we had a visitor. A black mama bear and her two cubs. Momma bear wandered all around our property and rested against my car then went on to her babies across the parking lot. We all watched from balcony to balcony. It was cool to see up close. I recommend this stay for anyone. We were within minutes of downtown Gatlinburg and not far from Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was beautiful and had all the necessary (and extra) items to feel right at home. I loved having my very own Alexa entertain us as we cooked together in the huge kitchen area! An issue with a missing griddle power cord was corrected almost immediately by a simple text message! Thanks for the quick response!
The options for entertainment were vast with a great pinball machine with tons of games, a pool table, an air hockey table, and a huge theater room with cozy chairs. Only one issue......we had to leave and come home!!!! LOL!! Thank you again for a WONDERFUL FAMILY VACATION!!

Bears Gathering Review/Thoughts
First let us begin by stating that the cabin “Bears Gathering” was a very nice cabin with plenty of parking and handled our group of nine family members: Giving us plenty of space. We must say though adding the bears and letting them come visit every day was thoughtful and entertaining! The location was perfect for not having a clue where we were or what activities we planned to do. With all this being said, we do have some suggestions and minor complaints.
Arrival - We arrived at 4 per the instructions. We unloaded the vehicles and went straight to the grocery store to get food for dinner. We are a cooking family. Once we got back and started looking for pans, utensils, etc. Every dish, glass, pan pulled out of the cabinets was dirty. I was shocked to see the kitchen items so 4th time yard sale finds. The knives were extremely dull. The baking sheets and pans and utensils were very disappointing. There was ¼ bottle of hand soap at the kitchen sink. Thankfully I pac

My family and I had an amazing experience will visiting Gatlinburg, VA and staying in the Bears Gathering Cabin. The cabin was BEAUTIFUL and clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more from appliances, pots, pans, utensils; etc. We cooked a very large meal and had plenty of space and supplies to do so. When we had minor problems with the tv projector; someone came right out. I would definitely recommend Bear Tract and will be staying with them on my next visit!

The cabin was all we had hoped for and more! Our family of 9 (6 adults, 1 teen, and 2 kiddos) enjoyed all of the home’s amenities and it’s proximity to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. After long days of sightseeing, we enjoyed hanging out in the backyard around a nice fire or sitting in the hot tub. There was a nice sized theater room too, but the weather was too perfect to spend indoors. We all had fun trying our hand at a game of pool, and the dining table was spacious enough for all of us to sit together for dinner and/or play games. Highly recommend

This cabin is super cute. It’s very spacious and most of all it’s very clean. The place was squeaky clean, and the host was wonderful to communicate with. I highly recommend it for a quite a weekend or some fun time because there’s everything to do between Pigeon, Forge and Gatlinburg. Bring the family and have fun, but also be able to rest.

Clean and spacious cabin in great proximity to the strip (~7 min drive). It’s in a small community of other cabins so little privacy, but that didn’t bother us. We loved having the fire pit and king beds in every room except the bunk room, and all with private baths.

Amazing! Perfect home for my family, I cannot say enough good things. The whole home team was very responsive to our needs and made everything seamless! Thank you so very much for the care and cleanliness you put into the home, we felt just that, right at home! Heading back to Missouri now and believe me, we will be back!

Our stay at Bear Tracts was everything we could have hoped for. The cabin was clean and well taken care of. The proximity to attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg made it easy to go out and do things, but in the event we wanted to just relax at the cabin, the balcony, hot tub, theater, and game room gave plenty of options, too. Some of us lucked out and saw a bear wandering through the backyard, which for the little kids, was definitely a highlight. We loved our vacation with extended family in the Smokies!

House was nice and was exactly what was pictured. Owners and management company were extremely helpful and responsive. However, the furniture and mattresses are showing there wear and should be replaced.

Our cabin was immaculate upon arrival. We were left with enough toiletries, paper towels, garbage bags, etc until we were able to make it to a store. The location was perfect! Very close to all of the things we wanted to do while on vacation. We had 6 adults and 6 children with us and there was always something for everyone to do while at the cabin. The arcade games and theater room were a huge hit with the kids. Everything worked as it should. All of the tv’s were smart tv’s so the kids could watch what they normally would at home. Definitely recommend staying at a Bear Tracts rental. We will be making this a yearly thing!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in your cabin! It was nice and spacious. I love the fact that it was clean and I didn’t have to clean anything when we got there. When I called about the water filter, it was taken care of right away. It’s always a plus when maintenance is needed for something and they come right out and get it taken care of the same day!
We got to see bears one day, which was awesome! One thing I think is needed, is a light at the side when approaching the steps. It’s a little dark there and you can’t see if there’s something around the corner or not.
We will definitely be back!

house furniture was loose like bar stools and chairs was ok, beds was loose playroom pingpong table was not in good shape, doors down stairs had alot of air coming in at night, home overall was ok but could use alittle more cleaning and moping, I moped the down stairs had to clean the mop it was nasty.

We had a wonderful time staying at Bear's Gathering! The cabin was super clean, well stocked and the location close to town was perfect. We had a family of bear's walk through the back yard while grilling out dinner which was a highlight for the teens. Loved that all the rooms had their own bathrooms! My only complaint would be that the walls are very, VERY thin. You can hear every conversation going on downstairs in the upstairs bedrooms, even with TV's on and doors closed. I would also caution that the cabin has ALOT of steps to climb to enter the cabin's front door. This would have been nice to know as we had our mother with us that just had a knee replacement. I made sure the cabin had a bedroom on the main floor for her but the descriptions and pictures didn't make it known there was such a climb to get to the main level. The description really should include that for future guests. Overall though, I would definitely stay again. This is our second rental stay with Bear Tracts and always the first company I check with when looking for a cabin!

The owners were immediately responsive to questions. The house was huge, with quality furnishings and the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in! It’s a very short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. The home was peaceful and backed up to a quiet wooded area. We spent most of our time on the back porches. Be aware that the home is in a complex of homes, but still quiet.

Best Weekend Ever!!!
We decided to come to Gatlinburg this weekend to finally get married. The cabin was exceptional. It was close to downtown, but the wedding venue, and hair salon. I have been coming to Gatlinburg since I was a little girl, and it was the first time we ever had visitor’s!!! Made the trip and experience something my family will always remember!

June 2021 Stay
We had such a fun family vacation in your spacious cabin. Everything was beautiful and extra clean. It had everything you could possibly need and more. The fire pit and game room got plenty of use and the decks kept us safe from the bears that walked by. The area around the fire pit needed a bit of landscaping improvement as the small ones were constantly tripping over bunched up netting. Other than that I would recommend Bears Gathering for your family getaway that is five minutes to downtown Gatlinburg.

Spacious, clean, and all the comforts of home, this was the perfect space for family attending my daughter’s graduation in Maryville. Equally impressive was the communication from the property managers/owners leading up to our stay. The app was convenient and the checkin tip about taking a pic of the access codes in case of limited internet was very thoughtful. The only thing we didn’t totally love was the close proximity to neighbors. The setting is basically a subdivision and we were so close we commented on each other’s meals while cooking out. Not a problem if you like a community feel, but something to consider if you’re wanting privacy and mountain views. Otherwise this home is amazing!

Plenty room for the entire family to have their own space. The teens enjoyed the gameroom. The best aspect was location. It was very close to downtown Gatlinburg. Plenty of parking for all of the cars. One opportunity was more lighting to the entrance walkway. NOTE: There is construction in the area but was not and issue because we were cabin during early and late hours.
