Very steep ladder in the loft room to get to the bed. My fault for not checking the room type first. Still a great room but I struggle with ladders.

The staff were really nice and helpful. They assisted me with my luggage and allowed an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and the price was reasonable. The best part of the hotel is its location—right next to a BTS station, making it very convenient to get around. There’s also a 24/7 restaurant just nearby. I’m very happy with my stay and will definitely book again when I travel to Bangkok.
The room type I booked requires you to climb up to the bed using a ladder. I wouldn’t recommend this for people who have difficulty climbing or for families with children. It might be better to choose a different room type.

Good location next to the BTS and Close to the Eastern Bus Station. It's a good spot if you have to catch an early bus. It's within walking distance to the W district. Rooms are very small. Bathroom was adequate. The small fridge never seemed to get to temperature. No English channels on the TV.
The rooms aren't soundproof and it is difficult to find. You have to drag your luggage through a small coffee shop.
