Love the balcony. The balcony and overall location of the hotel is why I have stayed here multiple times and will return. Staff is helpful and friendly especially the gentleman working the front desk on night shifts. Mattresses are comfortable and linens always clean. Rooms are a good size. Comfortable and convenient home base when in Bangkok.
I like the tenth floor for the view but there is a noise coming from a water pump you can here it when you are close to the elevators. I had to ask to be moved on the first night because it was turning on and off all night (and day). The staff was quick to find me a quieter room at the other end of the hallway, but the room I was in on the front facing side of the hotel near the elevator really was not good with the water pump making so much noise.
I don't like the shower head, when it hangs on the wall it shoots out at 90 degree angle so you have to hold it. Put a hanger for it so we can stand normally in the shower.
Depending what room you're in the wifi is great or horrible.

Stayed there with my family. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious; we, a family of four, could stay comfortably in the room. There were all required amenities as promised. We had a nice view of the city from the balcony of the room. The parking facility was adequate. The hotel premises and accommodation areas were always clean. Staffs were friendly and cordial.
The laundry facilities of the hotel may be upgraded.

Rooms were really spacious. Pool was a lovely addition. Staff were so friendly and accommodating
Slightly out the way of most things we wanted to do. It was a 12-15 minute walk to the skyline before you got moving or around 20-30 minutes in a taxi to get to Khao San Road and the temples/ grand palace etc

Good location in the city center with free parking available right in front of the hotel. The family room was big, with very comfortable beds.
Unfortunately, the hotel does not appear to be well maintained and would benefit from renovation or refurbishment. The reception staff spoke very limited English, which made communication difficult at times.
There was no possibility to borrow an iron from the reception desk. In addition, breakfast was not available for purchase because the restaurant was closed during our stay.
Overall, I do not believe this hotel offers good value for money. There are many better options in the area, including hotels that provide breakfast at a similar or even lower price.
