Very good

The house was in a quiet area, and it was very nicely presented. It was lovely and clean, and it was very pleasant in which to relax. Our daughter has huge anxiety problems around hygiene and cleanliness, and this property helped her greatly. She was the most relaxed here, and the ability to cook and repare our own food contributed. The house is very nicely furnished with many amenities to make it a home from home. It was convenient for shops, attractions, and the city centre, and very quiet at night. The garden was also fantastic, a big plus for me, and it was nice to sit and watch the birds (with a cold glass) on the couple of warm evenings we had. The owner has the house well organised and seems to have thought of most things, although it wasn't all perfect as to warrant a 5 star rating. We looked forward to coming home here each night, and we were comfortable. The neighbours were pleasant and quiet, and the area seemed decent. Everything that was provided seemed to have been of good quality, and the rooms were comfortable. However, we could have done with a couple more floor fans to cool the bedrooms at night. The negative points I've offered are only there because they pose safety concerns, and the host should seriously consider resolving them. Outside of these the house is ideal.

Ceiling Light in lounge far too low, it was FACE level to me, and I am only 6' tall. Also, the wires are exposed at the ceiling, and I couldn't avoid hitting my head getting up off the sofa. Far too many extension leads, some of which are also plugged into 3-way adapter plugs (A massive safety/fire risk). No oven gloves in the kitchen, and fire extinguisher/blanket tucked away out of site. No instructions for the oven or dishwasher. Lounge diner had no window curtains, so no privacy at night when lamps on. Bathroom floor needs a not-slip mat, as shower screen doesn't sufficiently stop water from going on porcelain floor while showering. Also, shower tray has no non-slip surface, and is very slippery when it has soap on it.

The house is amazing! My wife loved the design, everything was clean, check-in/out experience was great. Will definitely come back.

EXCELLENT!!!! We had very pleasant staying at this lovely home! Everything was perfect : host,cleaning,comfortable beds, lovely garden, nice decor,fully equipped kitchen,living full of books etc.. We understood from above mentioned that the owner is a smart and positive person :) Good example of hospitality for many many others We really enjoyed 4 nights here . Thank you Paola !

Superb

The house was clean, comfortable and warm. What more can you ask for? Every need was catered for and we would definitely use it again. The decor wasn't to our taste but that didn't matter and others will no doubt love it. We have all got bruises from the chandelier in the lounge! 🤣🤣 Transport into the city centre was really easy using buses and Uber rides.

The area is a bit run down but we were in the city each day and evening so it didn't really affect us unduly.

Welcoming and comfortable

The house was very nicely decorated, clean and absolutely comfortable for 4 adults and a child . I found very welcoming and cosy . The weather unfortunately wasn’t good enough to enjoy the garden , but it was nice and place for outside eating too .

It was a little bit far from the centre , however not too far from the Kop stadium ( for football fans perfect) - so actually it isn’t negativism

Clean, warm , comfortable.

Not a negative in any way just a little advise. Maybe doesn't need lots of nic nacs on show ( glasses, ornaments ect) . Table decorations are in my opinion unnecessary as I personally would have to remove them all if eating at the table.

it was pretty much perfect!

Everything was perfect-felt just like home- kitchen garden toilet living area everything was clean and up to exceptional standerds

Beautiful interior design and great location with all the essentials you could need

The house was designed/decorated to a high standard and my daughter told us that she would like to have a house like this in the future! It was a perfect for out two little dogs who could use the garden. The house was stocked up with all the essentials you could need. Extra perks were the coffee machine (plenty of pods supplied), ice machine, Disney channel and complimentary toiletries. Location was ideal and was a great chip shop a few minutes drive away! Plenty of supermarkets to choose from nearby and only took about 20 minutes to drive and park up in Liverpool City Centre.

Only a couple of things which weren't that much of a problem - more to improve the experience for visitors in the future. The bedrooms could have done with more storage space for clothes as there was only one wardrobe with just hangers in the large bedrooms and a side table with a shelf. As there was four of us, there was only one sofa and dining chairs in the lounge, so was a squeeze with four on sofa some evenings when we wanted to relax, or someone else had to sit on a hard chair or the floor. Apart from that, everything else was fab!

very enjoyable in a lovely house.

it was first class,the decor was really nice.about £12-14 for a taxi into city centre,so reasonable.

Not in the best of areas I thought,but we never had any issues. other than loud music which was switched off at 12.00 this only happened one night.So no real issue.

No breakfast was supplied/ not applicable

Some new mugs .... only 4 and some were chipped. A minor detail easily fixed Some local info .....taxi numbers , bus routes , takeaways.... again easily fixable

Short drive to Anfield and then on to Waterfront. Everything we needed was in the house. Nice Carvery nearby. Little further and we found Asda. Off street parking. House just lovely.

Single bed a bit small. Two doubles lovely.

The property was a great place to stay while making visits to various places around the city. Enjoyed a seat in the garden with cup of tea on arrival. Bed was very comfy and the property was very clean. Quiet location during our stay and the facilties available allowed us to eat in as well as going out during our stay. Great little Dolce coffee machine was well used and great appreciated while we stayed. Definitely would stay here again!

Fantastic place to spend the holidays with my family.

We liked everything about thee property, exactly like what we're expecting.

Almost nothing, or maybe the property should consider adding dryer for the washing machine. Location is okay if people are looking for a place that is quite and enjoying residential area.

Everything exceeded expectations so than you so much for a great work stay

The house and décor were lovely and everything you could think of was there and provided, so a wonderful stay all round. Plus the beds were very comfy too

lovely house garden needed tidying

the house was lovely with every attention to detail.

the front garden bush by door somewhat over grown as has rained got wet unloading car pushing thro bush to get to door. back garden definitely needed mowing and the hedges trimming as few brambles and stinging nettles when trying to sort washing line. shame as house was gorgeous.

The house is ideally located for Liverpool city centre, is very well equipped and everything except the above was to a high standard and decorated beautifully.

Unfortunately on arrival the garden wasn't maintained, grass and shrubs overgrown, one sunlounger was worn, and the garden was one of the features we liked about the property and reason we booked. Central heating had been set at 35 degrees so the house was incredibly hot!! The third bedroom the bed was a small single bed suitable for a younger guest, the pictures and description could be clearer.
