車でチェックインのとき、荷物の積み下ろしスペースがなく、車の停める場所がないところ

お部屋が広くてお風呂とトイレが別々なのでとても快適に過ごせました
施設はとても良かったのですがスタッフの対応が悪かったのが残念です。
事前チェックインの案内がきていたので事前チェックインを済ませてエントランスで暗証番号を打っても開かず問い合わせしてみると
違うエントランス暗証番号を言われ、自分が受け取った暗証番号のメールは送ってないと言われた、では何処からのメールなのでしょうか？宿泊税もその時に支払っているので間違いないはずなのですがスタッフの対応がとでも不愉快でした

The check in procedure is via thro the tablet but the tablet not working. We were strucked for almost 30mins.
