The staff were incredibly accommodating. We arrived very early after a sleeper bus and they managed to have a couple rooms ready when we arrived and had the others ready within a couple of hours. We really appreciated them letting us into the rooms early at no charge as we were exhausted! The pool is lovely for bathing in and cooling down in the afternoon. Anything we asked for they were able to accommodate. The location is near the Trang An boat rides, just a 5 minute grab away.
Nothing - just be aware that the location does not come up on Grab for some reason. However, if you put a nearby hotel then it works perfectly. It does come up on Google Maps.

The family were so lovely, particularly Lan. The home is in a secluded location and the rooms are well spaced out. The pool is a great size. The home feels homely and warm and assistance is offered as soon as you need it. It’s such great value for money. I preferred staying here to somewhere like Tam Coc, as it gives you another perspective of Ninh Binh which you otherwise wouldn’t get. It’s a 3 minute walk from many restaurants and shops. I had my laundry done here which was great. You can hire bikes and motorbikes for a cheap daily rate directly from the homestay too. It’s in a great location with regards to getting to/from Tam Coc, Hoa Lu Ancient Town, Trang An etc. It’s a maximum 15 minute grab ride from each place.

Amazing staff! Location was good, out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to see things. Laundry service was fast and great. Host has bikes and scooters to rent also great! Will stay here again!
