Really helpful and lovely staff and owner - couldn't be more helpful! They run their own tour items as well for the local area if you need day trips planning. It felt like staying with friends instead of just a hotel. They are doing work to the property in places so don't expect a western style lobby etc, but everything was clean, well presented and functioned perfectly. Really recommend the location in the old quarter for access to excellent restaurants and tourist locations too!

Staying here feels like your home, breakfast options was good, family owner taking care and good english communication, comfortable bed and it’s in old quarter hanoi.

The food was good. Staffs were accommodating and pleasant.
Poor facilities. No exhaust fan inside the washroom. Sleepers had foul smell. TV is not working. They never clean nor make up the room, during our stay. You have to ask for new towels downstairs.
