Honestly everything. The location was epic - a fabulous apartment right above a delicious coffee shop that is right in the heart of old quarter and easy walking to almost everything, and then only a short affordable grab ride anywhere else. Even with the streets that vibrant, it wasn’t noisy at all. The owners were also just lovely - from the check and then helping with maps and suggestions and booking things to do - always going above and beyond. The apartment is delightfully big, there is lots of natural light, the balcony overlooks the street below and also has the most beautiful sunrises. The bed is also very comfortable and the 2 AC units are icy cold!
The fact that I had to leave and go home 😆

I had a very comfortable stay at this studio.
The room was modern, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. The furniture and appliances were in excellent condition, and the overall space was clean and comfortable. The location was one of the biggest advantages right in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and major attractions. The building also has an elevator, which made carrying luggage much easier.
The entrance is through a café, but the directions were clear and easy to follow, so I had no trouble finding it
the room had no window or natural daylight. It was difficult to tell whether it was morning or evening, or even if it was raining outside. If having natural light is important to you, this is something to keep in mind.

The room dont have balcony, i book the room with the balcony like the pictures but it doesn’t have it
The image on the website have balcony that why i book it , but it doesn’t have balcony when am check in
