Clean, convenient location, great hosts, great price. Would stay again.

Location is really good and the hosts are extremely helpful. Lee was great and able to organise transport for us at very short notice. The rooms are clean and tidy and the price is good.

The free airport pickup was over 1/2 hour late and we got harassed by taxi driver's etc at the airport. The room in the picture above is not the one you will most likely get and was smaller than it appears in the pictures, however it is clean and tidy and great for the price.

선세줄요약 : 이가격에 이만한 곳 없고 기대이상. 재방문 의사 O 주변에 추천해줘도 만족하고 욕안먹을듯. 가격대비 위치나 청결도, 방의 크기도 크고 주방 사용가능, 냉장고에 각종 음료와 맥주와 물 그리고 냉동실엔 얼음이 세봉지 비치되어 있음.(얼음은 공짜) (단, 마시면 돈 내야하지만 나가기 귀찮으면 바로 꺼내 먹을 수 있어 좋음) (콜라,물,스프라이트,맥주,물 등) 가격은 근처 편의점보다 조금 비싼정도인데 그래봤자 몇백원차이 프론트데스크 직원이 근처 지도 가지고 있어서 지역 위치 설명 해줘서 좋았음. 마지막 퇴실하는 날 물이 1시간 동안 안나와서 기분 팍 상할 뻔 했으나 수리공 불러 바로 고친 걸로 봐선 무슨 일 터지면 바로바로 대응 조치 하는듯 싶음 프론트데스크 직원들이 매우 친절하고 도와주려고 하는 열의가 있어 불편함 없었음. 근데 퇴실 할 때 택시타러 가기 전에 숙박비 정산하고 있었는데 짐 들어주려던 다른 남자 직원 한명(호텔직원인거같은데 프론트직원은 아니었음)이 내가 베트남어 할줄 모르는줄알고 내 옆에서 베트남어로 "아, 되게 오래 걸리네" 하면서 투덜거림. (근데 이사람이 택시까지 짐들어줌) 오전 9시 50분쯤 내려와서 3분 정도 밖에 안지났고 택시 예약한 시간(오전 10시 예약)도 되지 않았는데 아무리 외국인이라도 사람 바로 옆에서 그런 말 하는건 좀 조심했으면 덜 기분 상했을 것 같음. 그 외엔 모두 만족했고, 주변인에게 추천해주고 싶음. . 나도 하노이 다시 오면 여기에 묶을 것 같음. 사진은 좋게 해놓고 거지같은 곳에서 너무 많이 묵어봤기 때문에 그런지 몰라도 저렴한 가격대의 숙박업체 중에선 확실히 피곤한 일정을 마치고 돌아와서 쉬기에 여기는 너무 좋았던 숙소라고 할 수 있을 것 같음. 조그마한 발코니도 있어서 잠깐 바람쐬기에도 좋음. 냉장고 성능 오케이 에어컨 성능 오케이 콘센트 침대 양옆에 있어서 쓰기 편함 거실엔 티비랑 소파도 있고 소파 앞엔 작은 탁상도 있음. 주방 앞에 4명 앉을 수 있는 테이블과 의자가 있으며 가스 스토브는 없지만 전자레인지랑 전기스토브는 있음 전기포트도 있음. 기본으로 제공되는 커피와 차가 있는데 맛있음 냄비 프리이팬 컵 젓가락 숟가락 각종 취사를 위한 그릇이 있어서 편했음. 하노이 구 시가지에서 약간 벗어난 곳에 있지만 그리 멀지 않은 곳에 있어서 10분 정도 걸으면 호안끼엠 야시장으로 갈 정도의 거리임. 주변구경하면서 가기 딱 좋음. 너무 구린데는 가기싫고 너무 비싼데가기는 부담스러운 3~4인 여행객이라면 이 곳 한번 고려해보는 걸 추천함. 보통 숙박업체 리뷰 찾다보면 별점 높고 한데도 많은데 막상가보면 별로인데가 너무 많았는데 여기는 내가 방문한 당시 (2024년 3월 기준) 엔 7점 이하의 리뷰가 없었던 걸로 보아선 여태 잘 관리해왔던 숙박업체 라고 느껴져서 예약했고 실제로도 괜찮았음. 근데 여기 직원들은 한국어 잘 못하니까 여기 예약 하고 싶은 한국인은 영어 어느정도 하는 사람 또는 번역기 쓰길 바람

나는 허리디스크가 있음. 방 2개에 더블베드 2개씩 있었지만 침대가 싱글침대를 가로로 2개 이어붙이고 커버를 씌워놓은 식이라 허리나 엉덩이 부분쯤에 침대가 맞닿은 부분이 딱딱해 허리가 아팠음 위치조절 잘하면 괜찮은데 뒤척이다 잘못 닿았을때 허리아팠음 비치된 바디워시는 그냥저냥 괜찮은데 샴푸의 퀄리티가 안좋아서 그런게 싫으면 본인거 따로 챙겨오는걸 추천.

Loved it! Quiet at night and is in like a gated community! Army headquarters nearby so extremely safe. Supermarket 10

Very clean, roomy, central and easy stroll to the main attractions. Apple,Lee and all the staff were so great! Extremely helpful!

Shower in the bath might be inaccessible for some people! Dangerous for elderly guests!

Excellent communication from Lee. Great advice with food and shopping. Clean apartment. Smooth pick up from airport. Assistance with booking taxi. Simply wonderful.

Excellent value for money in a great and quiet location

Nice quiet location, walkable distance to many sites. The staff were excellent- very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious and clean, and everything functioned perfectly (air con, shower, washing machine etc)

Nothing significant- the addition of reading lamps by the beds and a few more utensils in the kitchen would be good.

Great spacious place in a good location.

Very spacious and very clean. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Very welcoming. The rooms were very spacious. The location was also great walking distance from everything.

The beds were extremely hard, very uncomfortable and hard to sleep in. The hardest bed in Vietnam we experienced.

The staff definitely makes up everything. Loved the staff!!!

The staff were amazing! My boyfriend missed his flight due to visa related reasons, and the staff were super accommodating and made me feel comfortable and safe.

The bathroom is a bit old, but not too bad.

very spacious apartment, 3 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with all the relevant appliance like microwave, oven and dish washing, interestingly enough there is no washing machine in a 260m square apartment, but we see from the booking site there exists washing machine in smaller rooms.

- the construction site right next to our building was like working 24/7, I guess its related to local regulations where we couldn't do much about it if the government allows that. - some windows / balcony doors could not be fully locked, which left us some concerns about security - the showerheads are leaking water from the sides

Quiet apartment close to main attractions

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect between the old quarters and other places such as Den Quan Thanh, and Thang Long imperial citadel. The hotel is in a quiet street.

The room smelled a bit old but we got used to it.

Excellent service

All the staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly. This made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to Phil, Le and Apple for your hospitality. Location is central in walking distance to the night market and shops. Being English speaking it was a bonus for communication as the staff at reception spoke English aswell. Thanks again and I'm sure you will be seeing us again. 😊 ps... aircons were a great help..

everything was good except the lady on the reception she lied to me about the ha long bay trip rest everything was good

she told me she paid but she was not able to show the receipt even what a lier she was because of her i missed one thing from my i ternary and that will be missed forever cause i don’t think i will get a chance to visit vietnam again

The location is fine, inside an alley but just 30m from the main street, very quiet. Staffs were extremely friendly & professional. Room was clean, well-equipped.

The tivi was not so good while the controller couldn't be used sometimes & airconditioner (quite hot even set as 20 degree at Snow mode). It would be perfect if there were any bathrobes in room.

Good location in the government district, close to the center, very friendly service at the reception, luggage storage, ordering a taxi was no problem. The apartment is equipped with a Japanese taole.

Amazing hotel, room, and hosts!

The hotel and room was very comfortable. Room, bedroom, and bathroom was immaculate and equipped. The best part? The siblings (sister and brother) that run the hotel are amazingly friendly and thoughtful. My parents and I loved them. They are so sweet and helpful.
