Sødt og rart personale! De hjalp os med at booke tur til Sapa, som var meget gennemført og ordentlig! Værelset var fint, sengen god og massere af varmt vand! Ligeledes var der en god varmepumpe som fik kølet værelset godt ned! Ikke særlig meget støj og slet ingen trafik støj!
Værelset havde ingen vinduer ellers alt godt!

Like a lot of the hotels and rooms in old quarter very small.

Relatively new hotel so still clean and « fresh », comfortable beds, calm area and 5mn walk from the main road. The men at the welcome desk is doing his best to make your stay pleasant
Hotel not fully « finished » small details everywhere painting, cables… the roof top with an amazing view cannot be used properly for a drink or anything else.
Nobody in the staff speaks a word of English, google translate will be your friend.
The hotel can be really really noisy if customers are not diligent enough or just kids in the swimming pool.
I would recommend not to take the breakfast option, very poor comparing to what you can find 5/10mn walks.
