The location was perfect and was walking distance to many sites eg. Hoan Kiem lake, train street and many excellent restaurants and cafes. I stayed here for a total of 5 nights and left my luggage at the hotel when I left for Sapa and Bai Tu Long Bay. The room I stayed in was quiet without much noise from the streets. Their staff especially Ms Ngoc was super nice and helpful thru out my trip and was in touch with me even before I arrived in Vietnam. Good internet connection and comfy bed as well.
Nothing much. Graffiti is not a luxury hotel. It's probably 2-3 stars and it exceeded expectation in it's category. I'll be happy to stay here again if I visit North Vietnam again.

The location is great, the pictures are from when the rooms were new it seems. It was all a bit shabby. Also quite noisy and at first the internet didn't work. For the money we had a lot better in Vietnam.
Room was not in a great condition.
