Location was very good, close enough to get deliveries from all popular places but far enough to find quiet peace, 24 hr shops couple doors down, lots of restaurants and cafes and a lovely lake within a few foot steps away. Daily cleaning and water top ups made it pleasant.
Pricey, shower is very small, hard to use without touching the walls, they have a 2 bedroom apartment which is much nicer and worth the money, the one bedroom apartment i say isn't worth the money. Came here last year, this year and will be returning again next year as long as the 2 bedroom apartment is available.

静かなエリアで、希望通り上の階にして下さったのでゆっくり過ごせました。
チェックイン時に大きな虫が部屋にいましたが対処してもらえませんでした。警備の方が以前の方と変わっており、前の方がとても良かった為少し残念でした。また、レイトチェックアウトを希望してましたが、チェックアウト日の朝にしか分からないとメッセージ頂いてました。ですが、結局、連絡は来なかった為レイトチェックアウトはできませんでした。
これまでの数回の滞在が良かった為、少し残念でした。

Everything. Quiet area with heaps of good restaurants, cafes and convience store. So quiet but a $2aud ride to the old quarter. Super clean. Great hosts. Good showers. Very comfy beds. Serviced daily. Lake is really nice and clean. Just loved it and am coming back next week for a few days before we go home. Aircon great. Big room. Great value
Hard to pick anything. Wifi a bit slow but think that might be a Ha noi thing. My phone wifi wasn't the greatest either. Maybe a few more plates and cutlery, but we at out all the time.
