not the best but we made the most of our stay

location and we stayed previously and loved it the first time hence booking for a longer period the second time but we wouldn’t return for a 3rd

property was mucky beds smelt like urine kitchen and most of caravan was filthy and smelt awful even when it was cleaned by ourselves 3 times! staff did come out twice on second occasion said someone would come back we stayed in but nobody turned up. probably wouldn’t return to this caravan again

Would certainly stay in one of their Caravans again but maybe change the mattress

We liked the location of the caravan and it was well equipped and clean being able to park the car next to the caravan was a bonus

The double bed left a lot to be desired as it was very uncomfortable you could feel and hear every spring when you moved

Great van

Clean tidy van staff were great and well communicated

Shop on site shut earlier than it was supposed to but that's not a problem regarding the caravan

unorganised messed around but ended okay

the caravan we ended up in was lovely, nice decking and plenty of room in a good location

we were messed around a lot - we went to the caravan we originally booked to find somebody in it, rang the person we were in contact with who sent us to a different one on the same site, same situation. We rang back and he told us we were on the wrong site, which we knew after checking our emails was not the case but at this point we wanted to get in a caravan. We had to drive 15 minutes away to another van site - we went to the caravan they said we were in and once again, somebody was in it! Eventually (2hrs later) he had sorted us a different caravan which was better than what we’d booked, we skeptically drove back to the original site and luckily this one was empty and it all ended okay in a nice caravan, but driving around and being messed around for 2 hours was a pain after driving for 2 and a half hours to get there.

the Caravan was clean and tidy. Beds were comfy. Had all amenities needed for our weekend break Heaters warmed the van very well. A veranda to sit and have a cuppa. dogs welcome. Absolutely no complaint

will not stay there again especially in the winter as it was all grass so we was trailing grass and mud in the van

the caravan was dated smelt of cigarettes I had to clean work surfaces and sink was filthy bed mattress was hard and needed changing to a more comfortable one .

Was brilliant

Love the location, love how well the van was set up even had things we didn't think of bringing like dvds,, fan,, kids colouring for if you bring kids

All was fantastic steps got a tad slippery but no biggie .. will be booking again

first day wasted cleaning the caravan, plus we had a one year old with us.

the caravan was dirty, very very strong musty smell and felt damp, the shower was covered in mould, cracked mugs and dirty, everything had to be washed before use, mattress protector was very dirty, and as for the double bed the mattress needed to go in the bin, you could not use pull out bed as it was very smelly to the point it was making us all feel sick. over all not a very nice caravan and very disappointed

The location was OK the caravan was not the best.

Location was fine.

The bed was lumpy and it squeaked when you moved. It needed updating. The deck moved when you stood on it and banned when it got windy. The sofa also squeaked.

Nice spacious clean caravan and a good location. Very homely and welcoming.

The camp site shop was closed but this is not the fault of the owners.
