Caravan was very clean and fresh, had everything we need. great location.
The steps into the caravan were a bit wobbly and had no hand rail.

Very clean, very modern, lovely van
Few more coat pegs for big familys but thats it, but thats to help its not a negative or n please tarmac roads 🤣

The location of the caravan site in Ingoldmells was ok. However the positioning of the caravan allocated to us wasn't.
Areas around the caravan, scrap materials had been left and it looked like a builders yard.
The decking needed a jetwash to remove the green grass and hedge cuttings attached to the surfaces.
Inside the caravan
There was a foul smell in one of the toilets during all of our stay, which was reported.
The inside of the caravan was clean but very basic.
- No chairs or table on the decking
- No coffee table, or stools for the dressing tables in the bedrooms.
- No bedside lamps
- No cleaning products provided, luckily we had brought our own.
- Only two electric plug sockets in the kitchen.
