I love these little cottages. The neighborhood is great, and very dog friendly. I am not a fan of the astroturf they installed, and the parking situation is not good. The assigned spaces are big enough for a compact car, but nothing bigger.

The setting is cute, it's a cluster of cottages with a very small pool. A short walk across the street to a pretty beach. The downfalls were not much water pressure in the shower. Bathroom is super small. No counter space in kitchen. We didn't have any sheets or pullows for the pull out sofas but we made do. It was clean and neat and maybe good for a couple with small kids but 3 adults was a bit overcrowded.

I would stay here again. Was a nice place and a good location. My only issue was having to use the same towels and wash cloth for 6 days straight. Never seen anybody to ask or a sign stating where the property manager was. Did see a cleaning lady when I asked for another wash cloth she said she did not speak English. Bring wash clothes!

Upon arrival the coffee pot and tv was broken, the blinds were chewed but a dog, there was actual chew marks in the door knob! The pull door on the little privacy room was missing so they came to fix it also. The neighbors came and took our chairs and grill because they didn’t have any chairs at all and no1 would return their calls. So I had to debate with the neighbors. Then we fought little ants day 2 and cockroach on day 4. The facility acted like no1 ever complained and never offered anything to try and make it right.. oh and to make it worse we sat all day one day because 9-930 inspectors were coming because they were selling the place yet they didn’t come til 1230!!! Ridiculous!!!!!

Was a great location. The cottage was pretty small, but we knew that before getting there. We had 3 of us, and that would be the max I would recommend. It was ok for the price we paid. About as we expected.

The property was conveniently located, just a few steps from the ocean. The basic cable tv package was inadequate and a smart tv would have enabled us to watch more of our preferred programs. The lack of recycling was a major disappointment! How can a property so close to the beach have NO recycling options? The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the other renters we met on the property! The keyless entry was a great feature, thanks for that option!
The kitchen area window a/c unit needed a clean filter.
We had a great time and would consider staying there again.

The condo/cottage unit was in a great location. we were in one of the smaller units which was a little tight, but we knew that going in. The pool was very clean and heated so that was nice.

This location is great! It was a quiet area with friendly guest in the other cottages. The pool area and grounds were clean and tidy. Pool was a nice size with ample seating and tables with umbrellas.
We truly appreciated that the cottage was pet friendly. It was a nice place to walk the dog too.
The bed was lodged between two walls. We had to crawl in and out from the bottom. We felt very cramped in the cottage. It was very dark inside even with all blinds opened - poor lighting availability.
Finishes are very dated/damaged. We noticed a melted electrical outlet and appliance cords in the kitchen area.
There were several items in the kitchen, but hardly anything we needed for food prep, serving, and eating. One bowl. No dish detergent.
There was paper towels and toilet paper and starter toiletries.
This cottage has so much potential hiding beneath the rough. If updated, we would definitely consider staying again.

This is perfect for a family get away or just for two. Everything onsite is beautifully landscapes and literally a short walk to the beach. My teenager's enjoyed how close the pool was and we had it all to ourselves for two days. I would highly recommend this property for any beach vacation.

The cottages are reasonably priced as well.You can easily Uber from the airport. John’s Pass and the ocean are within a ten minute walk so you can easily go without a car rental. The pictures online made the place look much bigger than it is. Quite small and the shower is the smallest we ever saw! The furniture and condition of the cottage itself definitely needs some work and updating.
The location to John’s Pass was the best thing about it. Would stay in the area again but not at this place!

Only downside was the bathroom walls and floor were dirty, not much dish soap was there, and remote control batteries were dead so we got new ones. I'm sure they would have come over immediately though if we asked --but we just had too much fun to call. Can't wait to go back!!!

This little cottage was close to the beach and John's Pass. The grounds were well maintained and neighboring cabins had quiet/pleasant guests. The cottage is very cute, but in need of maintenance and basic amenities. Everything was clean, with the exception of a couple of minor misses and we had to wash the few dishes provided before we could use them. There are very few, low quality dishes/pans/silverware in the kitchen (only one cereal bowl). The bed/pillows were clean and comfortable. The decor was dated and mismatched and the furniture was tired. In my opinion as a professional vacation rental manager it's time to close the property for a few days, make repairs, replace items, fix holes in the walls from old towel bars etc., repair the bedroom door that was tied open with a trash bag so it wouldn't fall down and repaint the entire unit. Once those things are done I would recommend the cottage.

Location was great. Loved the closeness to the ocean and John's Pass. However the bed being against the wall was very difficult as it there was no room around it. The wall is unnecessary and would open up the room if taken down. Plus we had to deal with sugar ants in the kitchen and bath.

We rented 3 cottages. They were all clean and very cute. My only complaint was that cottage 4 floors were soft and spongey. Actually felt like you could put your foot thru it. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little unit and great location
This was so close to the beach. An easy walk across the street. The neighborhood was quiet and residential. It was nice to have laundry on sight. Glad there was a kitchen and dishes and a sponge but the only thing missing was dish soap and hand soap. All the units had other people there but they were all super friendly and everyone kinda of minds their own business. So all in all it was great! We would stay again for sure. Very close to John’s Pass too so that was nice.

Mixed reviews
Great location, other renters are long term renters and very personable. Never got info on how to check in so we made an unnecessary stop at Property rental office. Property itself is just ok. Lots of towels 👍 place itself is clean, but pull out mattress is pretty gross which was frustrating since we had planned to use it. Also, space is not utilized well so it doesn't fit the 4 people it says and the space feels way smaller that it needs to. It does. Luckily 2 of our 4 were under 10 years old.

Be prepared for tiny home living. It was tight quarters even with only two people but when you spend most of your time outside, it really doesn’t matter. The public access entrance to the beach is so close, you don’t even really need to pack a bag, just walk back to the cottage! Cottages are relatively private, very clean on arrival (thanks, Rosie!) and have just about everything you might need. The rental management company was very quick to help with any questions or concerns (shout out to Maureen who took my sometimes daily calls). We stayed for a whole month and would love to come back. There were a few long-term regular renters in the other cottages who were fantastic friendly neighbors that welcomed us into the fold. The pool was a peaceful oasis and we made use of it everyday.
