Very spacious twin room, amazing bathroom, superfast wifi, super clean, amazing staff always so kind. Amazing for its price. Really. The coffee place downstairs is also legit. There are many konbini around the hotel. The neighbourhood is calm and very residential.
Location is not amazing as the hotel. The hotel is 10 minutes walking from Asakusa, 15 minutes from Kuramae. Super quiet neighbourhood, with not much to do, or even eat. Be prepared for walking and taking long metro trips.

Almost everything. If I ever return to Tokyo this would be my first choice.
If there is one thing that was not so great it’s that the bedsheets are a bit too small and constantly come undone. Cafe downstairs is great but could have a few more food choices or offer their bagel breakfast a little later than just until 10am.
