(single-family units and mature groups only, I am afraid). Open plan with a cathedral-like high ceiling kept warm with our industrial split-level air con. The house enjoys unique interior touches, a labour of love by Alice, who creates furniture for a living. Kitchen The kitchen dining area enjoys a French farmhouse dining table, smart TV, breakfast bar and stunning sea and bush views. Entertainment Deck The kitchen opens up to our wonderful entertainment deck. The view is stunning, and the silence is deafening. The oversized dinner table, outdoor sofa, patio heater and Weber BBQ facilitate special family memories. The area allows mum and dad to overlook the kids in the pool while taking the panoramic water views to the front. Raised Deck We have created a compact raised deck that directly overlooks the pool (couples deck?), giving you another option to have your own space. Pool The pool, which runs directly off a national park, is entirely private and has a sofa and bench for your lounging pleasure. Living Room The living room has an open plan yet is cosy with sheepskin Otterman, custom-designed armchairs, a leather sofa, 48inch smart TV, Bedrooms We have four spacious bedrooms, all with inbuilt wardrobes, three with queen beds and one with bunks for the little ones. (with toys and games for the kids) The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a private courtyard with seating. So, stop what you are doing, get here....and relax!

We all enjoyed it. Kids didnt want to go anywhere except in the pool or watch n play on the t.v.
Close to everything, iga is down the road and beaches soo close too.

Our family really enjoyed our stay including Duncan our chihuahua. The place has a really relaxing vibe and the pool was great. In the evenings we were visited by the local kookaburras and if you go out the back to the nature reserve you can feed bush turkeys and wallabies.

This is a perfect location for us. It was close to all the amenities we needed, dog, beach, and just a friendly experience overall.

My husband and I drove up from Melbourne with our 4 year old and 6 month old to this beautiful property and we were not disappointed. The property is beautiful- particularly the outside area. The Kookaburras visiting each day on the deck was a highlight but be warned they'll pinch your food the cheeky things!! The house was a great size and well equipped especially for kids. Communication with Tom was great, he was available when we needed him and prompt with replying. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Had a lovely stay here over Christmas. We were made to feel very welcome. Beautifully presented with music playing and very clean.

Lights not working in kitchen
Cupboards and drawers had dirty dishes
Pool access difficult as main gate had been closed off permanently only access via circular stairs that felt very unstable

Great property with plenty of room. Arrived to hear chill-out music playing inside which was very welcoming. Cooking utensils could be replaced as some of them pretty old looking and falling apart. But it was a pleasant experience cooking in the kitchen with that beautiful view. My son who is 9 loved the tech games, and our dog loved the walks around the neighbourhood.

Beautiful home sitting on top of the hill with an amazing view. Backyard is paradise from the pool, decking overlooking the spectacular view of umina to the native bush lands.
The home had every we needed for our stay. Our 5 kids enjoyed themselves and had lots to do, from board games to books and even a playstation. The pool was a hit with hubby and kids, rain or shine they went in. Our hosts Alice and Tom were friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We definitely would stay in their holiday home again.

Property is perched high on top of a hill which gives awesome views of Umina/Ettalong area. Everything, including supermarkets, cafes and the beach, was a close drive from the property. The property was well equipped with full kitchen, dishwasher, clothes washer, toys for the kids, Netflix and PlayStation. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the area.

Amazing sunrise
Had a great time relaxing with family. Catching the sunrise in the morning from the decking is a treat in its self. My 2 year old was sad that she couldn’t go swimming. In her words, daddy it’s too cold. Will definitely book again, when it’s warmer, so she can get to have a swim.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated home. Both the pool area and upstairs deck are incredibly relaxing and picturesque, even the wildlife agree with kookaburras visiting daily. Most importantly for us we were able to bring our furry family member along.

A great place to re-energise the whole family. Convenient - not only is it about 1.5 hours away from the hustle and bustle of Sydney, but also conveniently located to shops. The salt water pool, the cackle of kookaburras and the surrounding trees makes you feel close to nature.

This property exceeded all our expectations. We have come away feeling like we have had a really relaxing holiday. The technology was a bonus - google play was a hit!
The pool was fantastic with a great view across Brisbane Waters National Park.
