The staff were really great and welcoming, and the food albeit a bit rushed, was well presented. Parking easy.
The lounge area was nice with the view on the garden.
The rooms were quite spacious
This hotel looked really charming in the photo, hence we booked and stayed two nights. But in reality, this hotel seriously needs renovated, and some general deep cleaning.
The onsen was so mouldy, I came out of one bath covered with slime.
The bedroom bathroom and toilet was grim, the toilet was loose.

Super nice staff, private Onsen for women and men separated, traditional Kaiseki dinner and breakfast is an experience on its own – delicious, many things to try. The little garden next to the restaurant creates a relaxing atmosphere.

While it now looks a bit faded, it must have been very nice in its days. It was a charming place.
Getting there was a bit of a nuisance if you didn’t come by car.

The lobby looked great. The staff was very kind! The free parking was convenient.
Some of the onsen were a bit lukewarm. The ryokan is nice but a little bit outdated.
