Perfect place for a few days while checking out the nature and the scene around Chattanooga. House was in great shape, well put together and overall great space to come back too and relax. Cool and convenient part of town!

This really was the perfect place for us. We stayed on the first level, all shared kitchen on 2nd floor and our daughter, her husband and two preschoolers took the master suite on the third level. They would come down for family time together and we grandparents only had to climb one flight of stairs. Plus the quiet and privacy of the kitchen level between us was nice too when the toddlers were napping or put down for the night. Both children are good at climbing stairs so that could be a consideration for some if their children are not. They loved running on the lawn between excursions in the car. Parking was a breeze. It felt like a safe neighborhood when we came in at night; everything in the rental was perfectly clean and very comfortable. We will definitely book again when visiting our family in Chattanooga.

This was a weekend getaway for two couples. The set up of the place was perfect. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our host was kind, responsive and accommodating. Will book again in the future.

This really isn’t spacious for 6 people. All the rooms are set up for 2-4 max (entry, kitchen, living room). We did our best to play games, we bring ours when we travel, the area is just too tight for an adult family. Everything worked, the place was clean and pretty quiet for so many residence. The location is on the south side and I knew this before booking. I believe/hope the south side continues a revitalization but there are no restaurants within walking distance, unless fast food counts. No shopping or anything if you like to stroll. You can rent a bike! Go for a nice run or even a hike! There are a lot of dogs so just watch where you step.

This clean, well appointed condo had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay. It was located within a ten minute drive from everything- restaurants, attractions, and Lookout Mountain. Also, there is a park that is adjacent to the property where you can rent bikes and bike along the riverfront to downtown. We had such a wonderful time as everything was conveniently located nearby!

Beautiful home and very clean. Centrally located to downtown and Lookout Mountain. Parking was close and easy. Everything was great and I would recommend this home to anyone. Kitchen needed cutting knifes but that is it. Beautifully furnished.

Not sure I can say enough good things to do this place justice. Tons of space, super clean, convenient to everything. Best two nights of sleep in years. Third floor was a touch warmer but to be fair it was100+ outside! Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful visit and really enjoyed the stay. Great location for easy access to Chattanooga and surrounding areas. Very generous amenities. The only thing that was difficult for our group with small children, was the bedrooms (and bathrooms)are on Floor 1 and Floor 3.

We never stayed at this property. We were assigned another property and yet I paid for this property. I think I should have a refund from the 1,000 + cost for this as opposed to the unit we did stay in. There seems to have been a major screw up. This is certainly false advertising and am upset with the manner in which this has need managed. Please contact me for further discussion.

Host response time was amazingly fast, answered questions almost immediately. Rental was new construction and looked just as pictured. Neighborhood seemed like younger active people with dogs/families. Enjoyed sitting on the deck in am with coffee looking at mtn in distance. One thing to note, main floor bedroom is the 2nd/guest bedroom (double bed) and master is on 3rd floor... kitchen on 2nd floor, there are quite a few stairs to manage if you don't have young knees! Overall good experience and recommend.
