Welcome to this beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-story condo, ideally situated starting on the second floor for added privacy and sweeping oceanfront views.
Completely refreshed from top to bottom, this condo features many new furnishings, a fully updated kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances, new kitchen counters, and modern finishes throughout. A stylish powder room and a new washer and dryer both conveniently located on the main level add comfort to your stay.
This spacious layout comfortably sleeps six. The primary suite boasts a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom along with a TV for relaxed evenings. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed plus a bunk with two twin beds—ideal for multi-generational vacations or giving everyone space to spread out.
Calming tones of blues, grays, and crisp whites set the stage for a clean, relaxed coastal retreat. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms ensure comfortable sleeping, and a brand-new HVAC system provides efficient climate control year-round.

This villa is located on a private island with almost three miles of uncrowded, pristine, sandy beaches. Spend the day relaxing on the beach or by the pool, enjoying a game of tennis or just watching the dolphins playing and the shrimp boats plying the offshore waters. Harbor Island is the perfect spot for an intimate getaway or a fun-filled family vacation.
As our guest you will have access to the Beach and Racquet Club's tennis courts, fitness center, and swimming pool overlooking the marshes of the Harbor River. There is also a kiddie pool and a playground for the children. Harbor Island is just fifteen miles from historic Beaufort offering a variety of restaurants, galleries, boutique shopping, horse and buggy rides through the charming historic district, and the wonderful waterfront park overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Beaufort marina.
Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.
*3.5 % Booking fee added to total. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and subject to change. Rates: day pass $25; 2 nights $35; 3 nights $45; 4 nights $55; 5 nights $65; 6 nights $75; 7 nights $85;, 8-30 nights $140; 31-365 nights $215. Starter supplies (1-3 nights) provided of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, toilet tissue, hand soap.
*Please note that golf cart rentals are NOT permitted for renters per the Harbor Island rules. Personal golf carts also can NOT be brought onto the island per the rules.

Small bathrooms upstairs but it's a very nice place so it did not really matter. It would be difficult if you had a disability.

Although the ocean is shallow as stated in the description and not the best for wave action, It's still fun to see the wildlife when the tide was out. The condo was perfect for my size family and the view was beautiful. It was also nice to have the pool located so close.

Great location to beach and pool. Didn’t realize unit was on second floor and no elevator. Little tough with 2 year old and grandparents hauling everything daily. Rental was as pictured.

We loved Harbor Island and the neighborhood. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view and beach access spectacular. Private, secure, peaceful.
The condo needs attention. Flooring in both full baths is shot and needs replaced, trim is just hanging loose, cabinets funky and nasty. A complete remodel / update is needed.
Aside from that we really enjoyed everything, especially walking way out onto the sand bars and little islands at low tide on this private, uncrowded beach
Hunting Island is amazing - can't spend enough time there.
We plan to stay at Harbor Island again and hopefully soon.
