We met for a work related training session. There were 11 of us. We prepared all meals in the VRBO and we had plenty of dishes and meal prep utensils we needed in the well stocked kitchen. A nearby H-E-B had everything we needed to make awesome meals. The large amount of bathrooms and the bedroom set up was absolutely perfect. The views are breath-taking and there is plenty to do there for everyone without feeling like you are on top of each other all the time.

Spent Christmas week with extended family of 13. The house is so spacious and we took advantage of the huge kitchen and living/dining areas and enormous deck overlooking hill country. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the bbq worked well. The pool isn’t heated but the hot tub worked just fine! Lots to do for adults and kids between ping pong, pickle ball and basketball. Dripping Springs is a cute town with some shops and restaurants in the area and about 40 minutes to downtown Austin. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay! SO clean- the bedrooms look like a spa hotel! The kitchen has everything, we made a bunch of meals & snacks. The hot tub was hot, pool was a great temp for a cold plunge on Saturday for the groom! Plenty of parking/ shuttle turnaround... so close to our rehearsal dinner venue- and the view from the deck made us want to stay an extra day. Did I mention the Sonos sound system?- a breeze to use. thank you for an amazing weekend

What an amazing space for 8 dear friends to spend the weekend. Plenty of places to all gather, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, such a fun space! We enjoyed the pool area, ping pong, sound system, and so much more. The views are outstanding and location was perfect. I hope I have the opportunity to visit this awesome house again.

Our group was able to find solace in the hill country, dripping springs, central Texas. With enough space for activity and dialogue and intimate conversations throughout this property catered to the needs of our participants. Some of the highlights were the view from the patio the hot tub and the basketball courts. With so many beds to accommodate a large group this design concept could be just what your group needs to remove yourself from the bustle of the city to find respite elsewhere.

This is a very large property with different room/bed styles that make accommodating a large, diverse family ideal. The kitchen was perfectly sized for prep and serving. The common rooms, back deck and pool/spa are wonderfully oversized. The 3 fridges helped accommodate the abundance of Thanksgiving food.
The owner, Thad, and team were very rapid to respond to any questions or needs. The location in Dripping Springs was close to any shopping and pharmacy/medical needs.

Had 28 people staying - plenty of space, great living area, pool area is great, ice machine a great touch - ready similar properties every year - this is one of the better homes that we have rented - just a real well done and thought out home for a big group of people

The pictures don't do it justice - really incredible place, perfect for a large group trip. Everything was really comfortable and well thought-out, all the amenities you could ask for. The ice machine was clutch for our group of 15 guys! Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend, no issues!

We gathered from CO, UT, and TX, all 33 of us. Plenty of room to move about. Pool was a big hit in the July heat. Beautifully maintained with an amazing view of the surrounding countryside.

This house was amazing and looked like the pictures shown online. We had plenty of space for our extended family to spread out and there was something for everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked and the owners were very quick to answer my questions and concerns. Thank you!

The space was perfect, we had a large group of family and friends for 4 nights and it never felt crowded. The common spaces were large and open, the pool and LARGE jacuzzi were awesome and the back porch was huge. Definitely returning to stay again.

This property was everything I wanted and more. I hosted 30 of my friends here for my birthday and everyone had a bed to sleep in (2 to a bed) and there was some in singles. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked with essentials. We hosted a beer Olympics here on the back deck that went phenomenally. We also had a back yard hibachi chef come and it was one of the highlights of the trip. The house has plenty of activities and parking galore. We were very impressed with the communication from the hosts and the flexibility to help our group. The only small thing was the hot tub was not heating but this was small compared to everything. 10/10 would come back again.

Property was excellent for a large girls trip. We had 30 women who were there for a long weekend and it was well stocked and perfect for a large group. Beds were comfortable, the service team was very responsive with the one issue we had and fixed it very quickly. My only recommendation would be to add some noise dampening in the main living space. It was VERY loud and echoed down the hallway. If you have small children, it would've been hard for naps and sleeping with the volume. If the owners add some noise dampening to the main living space the house would be absolutely perfect! It was literally our only complaint.

This Vrbo is PERFECT for large groups - they have thought of EVERYTHING. There is plenty of space to gather together, but the rooms are also nicely spaced if you need a break from the chaos. The kitchen is FULLY stocked and there are enough plates and cups and TWO dishwashers, so you never have trouble cooking meals. The hot tub is awesome and incredibly spacious AND it heats up really quickly.
Whether you have a giant group of gals or a big family reunion, there is no place better than the Grand Villa for your stay. I'm already trying to think of reasons to come back!

The villa was perfect for our group of 17. Plenty of spaces indoors and out to gather as a group. The kitchen was well set up to prepare group meals. The managers and owners were communicative and responsive. This is the 7th girls weekend trip that this group has been on in various states in the US and this was the best home we've rented by far.

Myself and 20 friends recently stayed here for a bachelor party.
Topline, the house itself exceeded our expectations. The house is gigantic and everything was well-built. It's located just outside dripping springs which has everything we needed (e.g., groceries, gym, activities). The commute to Austin was ~35 mins, depending on traffic.
We had some confusion with getting the pool to heat but the host was extremely responsive and everything was sorted out.
Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing experience for our group!!! This house was better than expected, equipped with everything you need, incredibly spacious, the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on, and gorgeous views! Thad and Annette were so fast to fix any small issues that we had. You will not find a better rental and the drive out from Austin is worth it! I rack my brain over which rental to get for our group in each city and I’m so thrilled that I chose this one! Everyone was so impressed!

We wanted to find a home that could house a large group of friends and family on a trip to Austin or surrounding areas. We came across this one in Dripping Springs and it caught our attention!
The home was great. Check in process was super simple with gate code and door code access. Has been updated very well!
House itself is huge! The main hallway seems like it goes for a mile connecting all the guest rooms together with two bonus rooms upstairs. Dining table fit all of us which was a huge plus!
Pool area was nice and stocked with pool towels. And the patio deck was - WOW! At night, we turned out all the lights and just watched the stars as we played soft music over the Sonos system. What a relaxing way to end the night.
All in all - great property! Would love to stay here again!

It was a lovely property with lots of amentities. Very spacious. The bedrooms were perfect for our family. The only downfall was the smell out by the pool area. It was very unpleasant. It smelled like natural gas. Hopefully, that was temporary .

Great family reunion
Four generations were all entertained in this house. On the hottest days we’ve had in a long time, we still played washers in the shade, swam, and had great games inside. The kitchen was very functional for multiple chefs and the living, dining and outside seating truly accommodated everyone. So nice to all sit down together..Linens and toiletries provided and of hotel quality. Everything was exactly as advertised. Lovely experience!

This was our second year in a row to stay at the Grand Villa and we absolutely loved it. It has the perfect set up for a large group and has some incredible views along with it! This is one of our favorite spots for sure!
