It was good, but the checking in service was not good, as the code was incorrect and I had to ring up and get the correct code to get in the caravan.

Shower base needs replacing as do the mattresses we left after 2 nights as we did’nt get any sleep bushes and trees around property needed trimming back it looked very untidy my daughter booked a caravan break for us in Clayton on Sea and the facilities were excellent which is why we booked again with your company . The only post I’ve is the park had good amenities Boat House Swimming and the lake in front of hotel was beautiful

Terrible the bed was a disgrace my had to sleep on the because the sofa was broken there was no heating and it was filthy this caravan was shocking :-(

This property was top notch. There were a few less kitchen items than advertised but this didn't affect our stay. The sofa bed wasn't the comfiest but we managed well enough. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely couple of days at the southview holiday park Skegness, and the caravan was as described in the adverts and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

nice caravan was nice to be on the end i have a child with specials needs so the space at the side was good near to most things that we wanted to do was a little sad that swimming pool was closed due to pandemic

The caravan was dirty. Cobwebs in the bedroom, fridge iced up and looked like it had not be defrosted for years. The freezer draws were dirty and iced up. The toilet rooms had stains on the floors from the toilet brushes. The utensils were stained and had bits of food in the plastic container in the kitchen draws. The bed mattress was extremely worn and very uncomfortable as you could feel the springs.This was supposed to be a birthday treat, we have stayed many times at Southview and have paid a lot less through the Sun offers.In total very disappointed. I have plenty of photos as proof if required.Hope to hear back from you soon

The caravan was really nice and clean. Could do with more seating in the lounge, and the balcony only had 2 seats. Loved the amount of storage, especially the little walk in wardrobe and the en suite toilet was a bonus. Wasn't impressed with the lady in reception, she was very rude and gave us incorrect information.

Nice caravan, well appointed. Only issue was the mattresses on all the beds were well past their best - sagging and you can feel all the springs. Location is good, not too close to others, but a bit noisy at night.

Lovely accommodation. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the butterflies. I would highly recommend and would stay there again.

An enjoyable couple of nights in Skegness. Caravan really clean inside but tired outside, indeed of tidying up. A little disapointed that there were only 4 dining chairs and seating in lounge for 3 maybe 4...this is advertised as a 6 berth caravan...
