Useless

Hotel didn't allowed us to do check in reason saying the rates which we have received is lower rates we offered in weekday. Weekend they charges 15000 INR. We have to stay in car for while night. pls look in to that and black list that property form booking.com

Good and excellent stay

Good housekeeping , humble and polite staff. Quick responses and a comfortable stay. Excellent location where all the shopping malls and food courts are at walkable distance. House keeping especially durga prasad - 4th floor was really good

Very good to stay along with food

Great service, good food, this is my second visit to this hotel and trust me service is good, staff is polite, whenever you arrive they serve with the same passion and specially mention to the Captain Jam, very positive

Location

Rooms were very old and not clean. Bathroom was dimly lit. Overall cleanliness was poor. Cafeteria left much to desire for. Not at all decent

Nothing. Hotel staff asked us to check out as they were unable to meet our expectations and the refund would be issued by fab hotels 100% as we had practically not stayed. Same was confirmed by fab hotel customer service. Now they are not refunding

it’s a simple property for stay. don’t expect much facilities, but it’s good for 1/2 night stay. Room was clean and upto the mark

The check in process was okayish. had to wait 10mins at the reception as the person said he wasn’t able to view my booking I system. Although the staff was helpful but they can be trained more for better catering to hospitality services.

Think thrice before you choose

Room is neat and comfortable bed.

1. No lift facility. 2. Intercom is not working 3. Complimentary breakfast is very very limited. Can't offer more than 1 plate. Pathetic hospitality 4. I can't even imagine how come the management upfront say that if you're asking more than one plate food costs extra that too in complimentary breakfast.

Yes rooms were goods but no staff i saw evening for tea snacks they dont have staff to provide i stay 2 nights but eveing i called for tea someting there were no staff aftrer 10 30 no breakfast.they dint call n inforn also thts the time to ask for breafast which i paid it also breakfast. No time of call n tell breafsat time or dinner time or etc. We need to call n ask.

I like to saty rooms were goods but staff n all swrvice which could b better . Need to train the staff to call the guest for dinner time lunch tine or breakfast tine. Atleast they should know it before ordering breakfast or dinner. No calls for any guy in reception.

Pathetic

There is nothing to like in this hotel.

I hated that I had to spend my money for such an awful hotel. The entrance stinks. The rooms are so unhygienic. The staff stinks too all the time gutka stuffed in their mouth. Breakfast sucks.

Poor Experience

Nothing to like. Only the location is a somewhat relief

My stay in this hotel was extremely poor. Hotel rooms were in a shabby condition. The glasses of the toilet windows were broken. The rooms were reeking of cigarettes. The hotel entrance was pathetic. It was covered with pan spits. The entire checkin process and hospitality at the reception was not up to the mark. The receptionist was so cold and rude. I had to cut short my stay in the hotel from 4 days to a single day that too because the fab hotel wasn't immediately refunding my money. I am extremely disappointed with the experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone
