I got a valley view room which was amazing. The staff was very helpful and polite.
There is nothing which i didn't like. I just have a suggestion to make it more better. The area around the valley should have some benches to sit and enjoy the view

2. Sofa cum bed was broken, needs repair
3. Dustbins are very old, need new one
4. Cleaning in room needs more attention, underneath of sofa was dirty
5. Spa is having limited staff for gents

7. Taken more time in spite of advance booking for spa

9. Pool table play should non chargeable

Location is very good, would love to visit again in rainy season. Food was amazing
Nothing much for kids. Can add cycles for kids and more games like archery, shooting, cycling, pottery making etc.
