Overall staff was good, cleanliness and ambience were breathtaking
there was no activity for kids aging 3-4 years, I have booked for rooms with indoor game included; to get the indoor games passes I have to visit to ticket counter and that too all my family members have to be there, i was with my old parents so they send a person along with tags to verify which seems humiliating, Lights in room were so minimal it was giving dull experience, when we asked a dosa for my 3 years old kid as a parcel in room at breakfast counter they denied .. boss we have paid for all this and my leisure every time they treated us like they were giving us kind of favor .
