We were just coming through on our way to South Texas with a pickup full of stuff, didn’t want to have to offload everything. This place is close to I35, very secure and we appreciate them not hammering folks on the cleanup fee. That makes us affordable for a one night stay. This will be our go to overnight spot in that area!

I loved everything about my stay. From the beautiful home to the beautiful trees outside. My Christmas vacation was a short weekend but I wish it would have been longer. Because I certainly had a relaxing time. And my family enjoyed it very much too.

The home was a pleasant get away for me, husband and our dog. We love Christmas and the house had Christmas Tree and other decorations throughout the home. Had everything we needed and more. A short drive to San Antonio and other places we had on our list to do. Clean and comfortable stay. We will definitely stay when in the area again. The owners were helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

As soon as we stepped inside, we felt like we were home. The house was adorably decorated and was so comfortable for me and my family. The host could not have been nicer or more responsive. It was an absolute pleasure to stay.

Excellent location with a quiet and peaceful stay. Plenty of room for the kids to play and the adults to relax. House is very well taken care of and the host definitely goes above and beyond. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here our next time back!

Me and my friends stayed for the first day of Wurstfest and this home was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, was clean, and I also really enjoyed coming back to a quiet spot after a loud evening. The hosts were very good in commutating before hand and staging a very hospitable home. Would stay again!

The entire family, including the dogs, so enjoyed our stay at the Archer's property. Easy to find and close to shopping but feels like you are out in the country. Quiet and peaceful. Extremely comfortable and clean. Spacious in every way. Decorated for the season, the house truly felt like home. While we were there for a wedding in Gruene, I can definitely see booking this property for a vacation getaway. I highly recommend this property!

Our family of 5 had more than enough space to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the tables were perfect for Uno. Had the weather been nicer we would have loved to sit outside at the table. We wish we had booked the property for our entire trip—and we will next time we come to town!

Our family weekend could not have been any better mainly due to this fantastic home. All aspects were perfection! The home was so comfortable and is located in beautiful, peaceful and safe surroundings. We literally had everything we could possibly need at our fingertips from the kitchen, dining, living, bedroom and bathroom areas to the two outdoor seating areas and parking area. The host responded quickly and provided detailed directions and helpful tips about the area. The home was beautifully decorated for Fall which was a nice touch! This is truly a little slice of heaven and we cannot wait for another opportunity to return.

We had a wonderful time on the property. The little touches are what did it. Very clean home. Our family enjoyed the back patio and played cornhole....although it would have been nice to have a fan for some breeze. I would recommend staying here. It's close to the river for day time fun and lots of restaurants to choose from. We will be staying here in the future.

My husband and I were supposed to be joined by his brother for a dove hunt and then additionally his sister so we could also celebrate his brothers birthday. Unfortunately, his brother had a relapse in Covid and his sister wasn’t feeling well so my husband and I enjoyed the place to ourselves. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed and a perfect set up for my sisters weekend for 2024. This home is covered in God’s love, filled with warmth and attention to details, as well as a comfortable homey feel, providing more than most VRBO‘s do. We both enjoyed the wraparound porch and the patio in the back, so peaceful and quiet. I look forward to coming back in 2024!

The property is in a very nice gated community. The houses are spaced nicely apart. We tubed to Comal and went to Barton Springs. It was perfect for three sets of couples. The host is great!!! Easiest communication and best hospitality I’ve experienced on the Vrbo app so far and we utilize it 6-10 times a year. There are several close attractions and the river walk is about 20 minutes away. We will definitely be back.

You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The home is warm and homey and is equipped with everything you will need and more. We stayed a week and never wanted for anything. The area is quiet and secluded, just perfect for a restful time. We were there for our daughter's birthday and hosted the party there. Two grandsons and their wives were in and out as well as our daughter and son-in-law. All live in the area. I can't say enough good things about this property. Hosts were attentive and made our stay perfect.

The place was just as described. It was nice for us and our adult kids and their spouses, plenty of space to spread out. The owners really care about your stay. The place was very clean, house was big, property was big and gated community. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities of the house. We enjoyed the quiet country feel of this house after being in the cities during our road-trip! The owners left muffins, snacks, juices, and coffees which was an unexpected surprise! The kids were able to spread out and enjoyed the space! We enjoyed the games and some nice family time!

Excellent VRBO. We came to see Country Artists - Johnny Lee, Moe Bandy, T.G. Sheperd, Janie Fricke and others at the outdoor theater in Selma. Great location, close to the venue. Area very quiet, clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Randolph AFB or San Antonio area!!!

We booked this super nice house as “home base” for our group that was participating in the San Antonio Total Archery Challenge. We were surprised that it was in a gated neighborhood. That gave us a added sense of security and comfort. Kenneth, the home owner, was very responsive and helpful with all my questions. The house also has a huge front and backyard with a great patio on the back! You should also stop at the HUGE beautiful live oak tree in the front yard and take some pictures! Thank you Kenneth for a great place to stay and being a super host! See you next year!!!!

Lovely and peaceful property. Close to New Braunfels and Canyon Lake with lots to do. Home is clean and smelled great. Owner left snacks and muffins which came in handy after a Willie Nelson concert.
