Everything was stunning !! The onsens were really calm and relaxing, the staff was very friendly, the room was pretty, clean and comfortable. We had an amazing experience here !

ホテルの前に流れる天ケ瀬川や、ホテルフロントにかかる赤い橋が、昔話のワンシーンのように素敵でした。眼下には河川敷の露天風呂が点在し、興味深々、フロントで尋ねると、露天風呂用の貸し出しウェアやお勧めの時間帯を詳しく教えていただきました。母（80歳）私（50代）娘（20代）の3世代で、暗くなってから楽しく露天風呂にチャレンジしました。思いがけず楽しめた露天風呂。本当に素敵な思い出が出来ました。
ホテルの浴衣や下駄は、品も良く、質も良く、ホテルさんのおもてなしの気持ちがしっかり伝わりました。
災害で荒廃した温泉町を、みんなで復活させようと頑張っている心意気も溢れ、まだまだ閉じている商店やホテルも多いですが、もっと復興して、昔の賑わいがもどってくるよう応援したくなりました。
ホテルの露天風呂が新設されていて、清潔で良かったのですが、スペースも余っていたので、風にあたって休めるようなベンチや、一段高くした岩盤浴のようなスペースなどがあれば、横になって休めたらいいのにと思いました。

きれいでした
周りに夕方から食事がなにもない、間違えてか、周りに何かあると思い素泊まりにすると、食事がない、食事は予約制ですので急きょは作ってくれないので食事はつけていたがよい。
