This spacious 5-bedroom home has all you need: WiFi, Roku TV, bicycle storage in 2-car garage, grill, ping pong table, dart board, and a newly added hot tub. The fenced-in backyard includes a screened in porch. Kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals with an attached dining area. There are plenty of comfy places to relax. The Space: Bedroom 1: King bed with attached bathroom Bedroom 2: King bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: Queen bed Bedroom 5: 2 Twin beds Bathroom 2: Full bathroom Guest Access: Keypad entry on front door and garage. The Neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood adjacent to Coler Park. Getting Around: 1.5 miles from downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, local shops, etc. Within 3 miles of several groceries stores. 2 major regional hospitals within 10 miles. Other Things to Note: The house has been recently updated and new pictures to come! The fireplace in living room is not a working fireplace. Observation of house rules is strictly enforced. Upon check out, if there is apparent negligence to the house rules, we reserve the right to invoice your card on file up to $500 for additional cleaning and damages to the house. Location was absolutely perfect for biking in Bentonville! Loved the hot tub! Management team was responsive to a couple of issues we had during our stay. Could use another large skillet and more glasses. Porch could use a wipe down. All in all a great stay, and we’ll likely be back to Bentonville!

We booked last minute for a Christmas getaway, and Julia was awesome to make sure everything was ready to go. It was the perfect house for a nice quiet stay with hot tub, ping pong table, and of course a smart TV for watching our Netflix. We had 8 with us and there was room for 2 more to be in beds. Thanks for the great experience.

We were in town to mountain bike and road bike and this location is right next to Coler. It's a perfect location for checking out Coler even if you don't MTB, you can go for a walk or get a coffee. We rode our bikes to the Greenway and also checked out Slaughter Pen. There is lots of room in the house, the kitchen is great and the hot tub is wonderful. We also played ping pong and did yoga on the porch.

I needed a space to hold 8 people comfortably. I got that and more with this house. The screened in porch was perfect for early morning coffee and evening wine. We played yard games, grilled out and played ping pong. Half my group loves mountain biking. We were able to drop in a Coler Parking Lot without getting on a main road. As for the functionality and cleanliness of the house…I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Plus Julia was such a gracious host. She left local beers and champagne in the fridge for us. She was always available to communicate. I didn’t have any issues with the house but if I had, she would have promptly responded. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this house for any large group.

Excellent location bordering Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. House was in great shape and everything worked well. Ping pong table was a plus for the kids. Smart TV was set up with Hulu and Netflix. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was spotless and well organized! It was very close to the things we wanted to do! I had the master suite! It was fabulous. My friends in the other 4 bedrooms wished they had mirrors and trash cans in their rooms. But everyone thought their mattresses and bedding were wonderful! If we come back to this area for a getaway, we will definitely see if this house is available!
