When you enter our home, you'll immediately be greeted by our open-concept kitchen, dining and living room area. To the right, you'll see our living room. This space has a gorgeous green velvet couch, leather lounge chair, and 60 inch Hisense/Roku Smart TV as well as tons of natural light from the windows. You'll also find games like Farkle, Yahtzee, Taboo, cards and Uno on the shelf. Past the living room, you'll see our oval, 6-top dining table, which is backed by our emerald wall and funky checkered artwork. To the left, you'll see our fully-stocked kitchen complete with tons of storage, our wood-top island with barstool seating and state-of-the-art kitchen amenities. Here, you'll also find a small desk area overlooking the backyard. We also have a secondary, studio-style living space, which can be reached through a door at the front of the house or laundry room. In this space you'll find a small living room with a cozy blue couch, 58-inch Hisense Roku TV, retro Pac Man Arcade Game and Queen-size bed. You'll also find a stocked kitchenette as well as barstool seating for dining. This space also has a private bathroom with a washer and dryer. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Other Things to Note: House Rules Strictly Enforced: Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000. Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. There is a 3-pet maximum. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
