Welcome to Croft Cove on Lamoka Lake!  This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 8 people and is just the right size for that perfect week or weekend on the lake. This home has rich family history for multiple generations and has been updated to be a quaint and cozy lake house.  Located along a laid back lake road and in a small lakeside neighborhood, this spot is exactly what you would think of when you imagine a lakefront community. The house has a deck that wraps around the house and overlooks the lake.  Walking in from the main entry on the side of the house, you'll enter the large living room area with windows that overlook the lake, comfortable couches, and plenty of space to play games or watch tv. The Kitchen and Dining area are tucked behind the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, appliances, etc.  The Kitchen has the cutest little coffee nook where you can brew your favorites.  The Dining area is part of the kitchen and has sliding doors out onto the deck where you can enjoy your meals al fresco at the outdoor dining table or grill your favorite meat on the gas grill.  The deck has a seating area as well and is that perfect spot for that cup of coffee. There is a full bath on the main floor, just off of the kitchen with a tub/shower. Upstairs you'll find the massive Master suite.  This bedroom has cathedral ceilings, large closets, huge windows looking out over the lake, a small office area, a Futon, and a King size bed.  This will be the room of choice for guests!   There is a large master bath attached to the suite, with a big walk-in shower and a double sink.  The Master suite also has it's own balcony with a set of french doors that opens out onto the balcony....the chosen spot for sunbathing or stargazing after the sun goes down. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and is just outside the hallway to the Master suite.  Bedroom 3 is located next to Bedroom 2 (at the top of the stairs) and has a King size bed. Croft Cove has about 50 feet of it's own private lake frontage with a dock that you are welcome to use during your stay.  There is a firepit at the water's edge with a patio....a great spot for roasting some hot dogs or a few marshmallows with the kids. Croft Cove is the perfect home for your weeklong vacation on the lake with family or friends, or that extended weekend getaway that you need in your life.  We look forward to having you stay! When you rent this home, you are renting a private residence or secondary home, a very personal experience. Our homeowners have furnished and decorated this home to their taste and comfort. * Air conditioning is provided through window unit AC's in the living room and the master bedroom. *A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.  If you run out, you will be responsible for purchasing more according to the needs of your group **We ask that renters to be over the age of 25. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with the request that the renting party is over the age of 25. **ABSOLUTELY NO pets or animals allowed at any time.  Anyone found to be in violation, will be asked to leave immediately. **No parties allowed at any time. **Smoking prohibited except in outdoor areas. **Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times.  No Exceptions.  Only 8 guests allowed at any time. **Parking for 3 vehicles only. **Guests are asked to initial a rental waiver, sent via email, immediately after booking **DOCK USEAGE: This home has a seasonal dock which is not available for use from October to Mid-May.  Seasonal docks are made for loading/offloading passengers only and cannot be used to secure watercraft overnight or for any length of time. Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.
