First of all it said Beach front and it wasn’t you had to walk quite a ways to the beach. The door lock wasn’t working when we got there on Monday and it was 2 days before anyone came to fix it and the air conditioning wasn’t working very well and some things inside and outside really needs to be updated and fixed. The deck had nails sticking up out of it. There were black bugs all over the kitchen and bathroom they had spray under the sink for that but still. The floors needed swept and mopped and the ice maker didn’t work and there was only 1 trash bag for the whole week stay. I understand about the sand but my granddaughters little feet were black from just walking across the floor.The house was nice but several things needed work for the price I didn’t feel it was that great of a deal. But we did enjoy going to all the surrounding Beaches that were all within 2 hours of us.

The location and being out of the heavy tourist areas was good. It was a quiet area which met our need for a family gathering.

The ice maker did not work, and there were no bath clothes . There was only 1 trash bag, and we needed more. The A/C was not sufficient. The temperature reached 80 degrees Saturday afternoon and was uncomfortable.

Short walk to the beach

The grounds were NASTY! Grass was knee high and trash all in the grass. Broken/rusted patio chairs that couldn’t be sat in. EVERY blind in the house was broken in ALL rooms! Rotten wood on the steps. The entire house SHOOK when the washer and dryer was on. No trash bags. Flooring was popping up all over the house. Inside wasn’t “unclean,” but definitely wasn’t what you pay for.

Location was poor and dilapidated

Sound system broken no light bulbs outside shower broken. Cleaning lady hours early. Constant messages about payment even though already paid in full

The location was good, nice and quiet. The house was very comfortable. Thanks again for letting us stay an extra night. Would rent again.

The oven is terrible dirty needs cleaning and we had to wash the frying pan before we could use them.

it was dirty when we got there dirty dishes and T.V’s don’t work . woke up this morning 3/12/2022 and water pipe was broke from storm called company at 8:00 am told them didn’t get fixed until 3:00 pm couldn’t take a shower or brush our teeth had to pay to go get a shower and cleaned up wasted the whole day and hundred bucks bc of the poor service of this place
