急な宿泊でしたが、スタッフの方の対応もとてもよく、お部屋もトイレも綺麗で、浴衣やタオルのサービスもあり、ロケーションもよく、大満足でした

目的地を伝えると補足情報をくださったり、スタッフの方が親切でした。
また部屋も綺麗で、お風呂も綺麗でした。
ウォーターサーバーも常備されている点も良かったです。

受付ところが綺麗
我們原本對這次住宿相當期待，因為民宿主打沖繩特色，網頁上的呈現也讓人充滿想像。然而在入住前被告知，因原本安排的住宿地點有一些狀況，需要改至另一個地方入住。替代的住宿本身並沒有明顯不好的地方，也有獨立浴室廁所。但與我們最初因為「沖繩特色」而預訂時的期待，仍有落差。
我想多數預訂住宿的旅客，都是基於業者在網站與照片上所呈現的風格與理念而選擇，而不只是為了過夜休息。若實際入住地點可能與網頁內容不同，希望業者能在照片或說明上更清楚、如實地呈現，讓旅客在了解完整資訊後再做選擇。
若是這樣我們也願意為更用心、符合期待的住宿體驗支付更高的費用，期待業者未來能在這部分有所改進。
