it was worth the money.

Parking was hard for my dually. Key fobs we’re slow. Took us a while to learn the doors to where our room was at.

All in all it worked for what we needed.

Location was great and it was clean.

The bed and couch were very uncomfortable to me. The sheets were kinda rough too. Also, a pretty strong smell of marijuana in certain hallways.

EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED!!! There was trash in the hallways. The doors did not lock from the outside appropriately so the building was not secure, and the apartment that we secured was infested with roaches. I have pictures and videos of all of these things of which I have provided to Kasa and they’re only resolution would be to move me to another room with a discount or refund me half of what I pay. Neither of these options are acceptable. We were in the unit for a very short period of time before having to pack up all of our belongings and move to another hotel and pay to stay there in order to be in a safe healthy environment. I requested a full refund as we were not able to stay there due to the unsanitary and unsafe, conditions. Moving to another unit would not have been sufficient as this is clearly an infestation problem for the building, and not a single apartment. I say this because this apartment is rented on a continuous basis someone does not live here daily. There is no food that’s being left in this apartment. There’s nothing in the pantry or the refrigerator. The trash is emptied every day and hopefully the unit is cleaned properly after every instance. So there are no attracting situations for the roaches to just be in this apartment. Kasa stated that they could give me a refund with the approval from booking, and booking stated that they could not approve that that it would have to come from Kasa so essentially, Kasa is blaming booking and booking is blaming Kasa! I was told that this was because of the “policy" that I booked under which is completely unacceptable to me. I would have no problem, accepting the fact that I could not get a full refund had the reason we could not stay been my fault, but it was not. The cleanliness and safety of the environment that I rented is the responsibility of Kasa therefore I should not be held to any policy or any other requirements.

Good location but could’ve been better.

Nice location for what we wanted to do.

Confusing entrances, elevator wasn’t working. Room wasn’t fully clean, and confusing to find room at first.

Superb

The apartment was comfy, beautiful and quiet. I felt like I was at home. I had supplies in the kitchen and bathroom to be carefree for 5 days.

I was struggling to get into the apartment from the parking 😥 the second thing, I didn't like how my sheets smelled. At my bath time, I spilled water everywhere, because the shower curtain was very short.

Nice place but wish that the maintenance was better.

Location and price

Bee hive on balcony. Could not comfortably spend time there. Also, doorway entrance was full of spiderwebs. That was very uncomfortable.

Very disturbing and regular trains

The apartment itself was fine.

Regular, very loud and really long freight trains literally shaking the room day and night. We cut our 5 night stay to 3 because we could not sleep. Kasa provided earplugs as standard (!) but it was not enough to prevent massive amounts of sleep loss.

Best place to stay in Arlington, no doubt!

Absolutely everything, but specially the costumer service. Absolutely wow they were incredibly kind and helpful and /so/ patient with me. I cannot stress enough what a great place it is, perfect commodities and everything was wonderful for me. I legit want to go back just for the facilities.

I couldn't stay longer :( lol , seriously tho, nothing, everything was great!

Mixed Feelings

Clean, conveniently around a lot of attractions and restaurants.

The cleaning staff entering my room without ny consent or knowledge as I was lying in bed, telling me my stay was over. When in fact I was in room 317 and his phone said room 319!!! Called staff/customer service and reported it, who said they were sending a gift card to my email and apologized BUT YOU NEVER SENT A GIFT CARD!

Loved the location hated the accomodations.

Liked the location. Coffee shops, restaurants all within walking distance.

Place was filthy. We stayed in unit 277 and the carpet had large black stains in both rooms. coffee stains on the blinds and dirt and dark marks on the walls and blinds. The Parking garage had a lot of trash laying around.

Very good

Shower was room and plenty of hot water for 5 people. Clean unit. Stylish unit. Great view.

Ironing board available but no iron in the unit. Blow dryer in king size bed/bath quit working after 2 minutes.

we enjoyed it and will likely be back

Very clean and kitchen was very nicely stocked with utensils, cookware and plate ware. Extra touches like the provided toiletries, dish soap and laundry soap were great. we didn’t have to do laundry but it is so rare to have those items provided.

recommend adding a flat flipping spatula as well as a kitchen scissors. The layout of the building is confusing at first.

Good

The location near the Arlington Esports center and downtown Arlington was exceptional. We walked nearly everywhere. The kitchen was well equipped and everything looked very nice.

Unfortunately, several of the drawers in the kitchen and bathroom and the towel rack in our bathroom were broken, the bed was wobbly and in need of being tightened, a few of the outlets were inoperable, and the noise from the road was a bit loud, BUT it these were all minor inconveniences compared to the great time we had.
