Hotel was great, room was decent and everything you need and expect from APA hotels. Good service, good staff who are there for you!
Also there's a very nice spa in the building so you can enjoy and experience a very relaxing staying!

AC worked great keep room cooler. Comfortable bed. Bfast was good. Staff friendly.
Train noise load in room on 7th floor as if train goes by room window.

Location is fantastic. Right next to primary train station. Breakfast did not meet our expectations.
Breakfast did not meet our expectations. Compared to other breakfasts we had previous at other APA hotels as well other hotels across Japan, this was by far the worst breakfast thus far. Selection was poor. Soup that is suppose to be hot was cold. Also, The kitchen staff would clean and wipe tables next to us with spray cleaner even though the dining room was virtually empty. Staff not so welcoming and friendly.
