Situated in Sandy, this charming house for $117 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. An open concept basement apartment with daylight windows. Two bedrooms and a full bath. Perfect for a weekend, week or extended stay. Two XL twin beds or king bed (made upon request) and a bonus crib. A queen size bed with a workstation desk. Suite has a full bathroom with makeup washcloths and a robe. Also includes beach towels for the hot tub and many bath towels. Kitchenette amenities are microwave, convection oven, coffee maker & hot plate with pans and utensils. Family room has a projection TV (130") to meet your needs while staying here. A children's Harry Potter play area. Property is close to restaurants, malls, Mountain America Exposition Center, Aquarium and TRAX and buses to ski area. Parking available on the driveway. House with electronic entry locks. No contact check in. Very quiet upscale neighborhood. We clean with Clorox and have hand sanitizer. We want everyone to be safe.

Super easy process, Great Communication with the owners. Comforatble accommodations.

Spacious basement apartment, great hot tub, one mile to excellent Harmon's grocery store. Close to fantastic Indonesian restaurant MakanMakan. Kitchen is not really for cooking. No dishwasher, dish rack, or freezer. Small refrigerator. Bathroom is in one of the two bedrooms. Great full wall projector TV. Heather and Ken are great hosts, super friendly and ready to help with anything. Huge, comfortable beds. Great value, close to the Cottonwood ski resorts.

The check in process was super simple, the space was beyond our expectations, from the beds, TVs, hot tub, full washer and dryer, and best of all the host! Host were super friendly, and engaged in conversation every time we seen each other, and made up genuinely made us feel at home! 10/10 booking their space, because we most definitely will if we are ever in the area again!

I would definitely go back to this place. Good location for getting around SLC and Big and Little (when it’s open) Cottonwood Canyons. Hosts were very kind and helpful, kitchen well equipped for “light” cooking, and beds/furniture very comfortable!

Heather was a great host! She welcomed four skiers into her lovely home. The location is great to resorts, food, and other amenities — you’ll have everything you need for your stay. We’ll look to stay here again for our next trip!

Hosts were very nice and communicative, we enjoyed our stay and the place was as described. 1 small thing to note is the bathroom is connected to one of the bedrooms so you have to go through the room to get to the bathroom. I think the pictures show this but we didn’t realize till we got there

Drove to SCL for a long weekend of mt biking. This place is perfect. Super comfortable place. Easy access. Super friendly hosts. Great place to park. Great neighborhood. Close to great restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again. Maybe for a ski trip next time!

Great Apartment
This rental was easy to book. I'm very grateful the owners rented out this space in thier home to us. They were very pleasant and accommodating. Heather even found and returned my wife's diamond earing (thank you so much). The spacious two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and jacuzzi were way better than any hotel room. It was perfect for our family ski trip. We had a short drive to any of the resorts. It is probably my favorite basement ever.
