Nestled in Eugene, this lovely house for $232 per night is a great option for your next break. The Moxie Harris House is within blocks of the University District (1.2 miles away from Matthew Knight Arena, 1/2 mile from campus), & features a modern home with stylish higher-end furnishings. The inside is brand new in 2018 w/granite, stainless appliances, propane fireplace, wood floors, and lots of fun card + boardgames to enjoy. No need to bring a playpen, we have one inside should you need it. Outside you will find a Trex deck with a propane BBQ and outdoor dining table. Below the deck is a concrete patio with a propane fire pit and chairs around. Beyond the patio is a yard. There are 6 bikes, cornhole, giant outdoor Jenga, and outdoor Yahtzee to enjoy. This home sits in a great walkable neighborhood with the running/bike path within a half mile.

This home is modern and cozy. Clean and very well stocked. The back yard is awesome - beautiful deck/fire pit/ games and comfortable sitting and dining areas. Lots of special touches. Will definitely stay here again

Shelley and Robert have done an incredible job updating this house and have thought of everything. The house is incredibly comfortable with brand new furniture and appliances, along with many thoughtful touches, and the back yard is amazing! We wish our trip had been longer so that we could really have taken advantage of it. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Eugene.

Spent 3 days here and had an amazing time. Close to college and downtown. Grocery store is walking distance if needed. Backyard was super fun! They have thought of everything with tons of creature comforts. Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Eugene!!

This property was very nicely redone. The owners have put much thought into anything you might need while there. We cook a lot on our vacations, and the kitchen was really well established. When we had an issue pop up, the owners were immediately responsive. The yard is fantastic and we were quite comfortable in the home. Our only frustration was paying a cleaning fee and being asked to do laundry, strip beds, dishwashers, and take out trash for check out. Maybe one of those things, but all of those things seemed excessive. Also notable that the owners stay in a trailer behind the house. That felt a bit watchful. All in all, this was just a really nice spot and it is clear that they have put tremendous effort into making it comfortable for guests.

The house is everything described in the listing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that was needed. The host was extremely responsive and easy to reach. We had a wonderful winter visit—only wish it was warmer to use the lovely backyard space. Would return & highly recommend!

The Moxie Harris was a fabulous rental. Stylish, clean and well appointed with upscale linens and full kitchen amenities. We appreciated the king sized beds with televisions in the bedrooms. Our schedule was busy so there was no time to spend in the yard, but we wished we could have taken advantage of it. Perfect rental experience!

Perfect accommodations for our family visiting our freshman U of O duck. Shelly has thought of everything to make this a home away from home. Plenty of space to hang out inside and in the backyard. Bbq, fire pit and outdoor games kept the family busy. We hope to return again!

We had a wonderful one week stay at the Moxie Harris House. Such a cute cottage! It was a perfect location for the week, as we were dropping our daughter off at the University of Oregon. Cute neighborhood near the university, grocery store around the corner, plenty of parks. House was well stocked, too! We enjoyed wine (maybe a bit too much wine LOL) around the fire pit in the backyard, and watched sports on the outdoor TV. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We will definitely be back! The house is really a work of art. It is beautiful and the backyard is fabulous with plenty of space to play corn hole and relax. We stayed here while visiting relatives in the area and it was very comfortable.

This home is wonderful! It feels like it is brand new with so many thoughtful touches. We were surprised by how amazing the backyard was. We could have spent all day there! Just over a mile walk to campus and easy access to Amazon Trail and short drive/bike to downtown. The owners were super easy to contact when we had a question. We will be back!
