Blue Mountain Resort provides a free shuttle to The Blue Mountain Village year-round; there is a shuttle stop near the complex. Enjoy shopping while the golf enthusiasts pack their clubs and visit the Monterra Golf Course! Warm months here are ideal for hiking and biking through scenic trails or exploring the many lakes while boating or fishing. Wintertime is a delight as well! Ontario is known for its many winter sports and recreational activities. Feel free to try any popular outdoor activities, including snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. This area is also fantastic for hiking, rock climbing, swimming, kayaking, and windsurfing on the shores of South Georgian Bay - Northwinds Beach is only two and a half miles north. This beautifully appointed condo features luxury vinyl flooring and a living area with a lovely view - take off your shoes on the built-in bench near the front door. Take advantage of the recently updated and well-equipped kitchen to whip up meals and snacks using the stainless steel appliances and glimmering countertops beneath the trendy farmhouse-style light fixtures. You can also barbecue meals outside in the private gas grill outdoors. You'll find similar new upgrades in the bathrooms, one of which includes a garden tub for peaceful soaks. The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. The private washer/dryer makes it so you can pack light. Pull up a spot in front of the gas fireplace and make plans! THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Ski shuttle details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Very messy on the outside dirt and cobwebs everywhere.Could not get into condo for an hour because we were given wrong code.Could not get any tv because no info was given on any appliances.Floors were dirty and not swept.

Very nice accommodation. Kitchen was well stocked. Appliances functioned well. Vacassa staff were helpful and quick to respond to any and all issues we brought to their attention. Enjoyed our stay. Would have been nice to have a vacuum cleaner.

One of the best stays I have had in the Blue Mountain area. It is across the street from the village and a safe community. Being able to sit in the living room and watch the mountains from afar was a nice touch. Will be back soon!

Impressed with the cleanliness and accuracy of the rental. No hand soap on site and when requested, it was never delivered. Price of late check-out not displayed until charged from your credit card. There is a 4pm deadline if you want to add late check-out to your stay, we were not made aware of this.

We had an amazing three days at beautiful Rivergrass 141. Clean, inviting and spacious. We loved the accommodation and will be back again for sure! Close to the village with a gorgeous pool and hot tub within the complex. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Welcoming, charming and spotless.

From the moment we walked in, this condo far reached our expectations. It was so welcoming, charming and spotless. All the furnishings and decor appeared new and very nicely decorated. The renovated kitchen equipped with all you need, made it so easy to decide to stay in and cook our own meals. But when we wanted to go out for a bite, the village was a short walk away. We enjoyed sitting out in the Muskoka chairs and taking in the view of the mountain. The bedrooms were supplied with crisp, white sheets, duvets and plenty of pillows. We will definitely book this condo again.

Not only was the space spotless, but very welcoming and roomy. My family of 5 stayed here comfortably with no issues. We travelled for my daughters dance competition and we were all able to get a full night of rest in preparation. The kitchen was fully stocked with every pan and utensil needed for any of your favourite home cooked meals. 10/10 from us!
