We loved our spot at Cailin's Corner. Tucked in a cul-de-sac its a prime location for visiting all the beaches in the area including St. Pete, Treasure Island all the way up to Clearwater. Spacious and great for a family get away.

House was very clean and well-stocked for our visit. Everything about the house was great and we'll definitely look to book here again the next time we are in St. Pete!

Perfect location for us. 10 min to St Pete Beach and 20 min to Fort Desoto for some birding. Place was comfortable for 3 adults. Grill worked great for burgers. Surprisingly quiet for being on a main road. Appreciated the covered parking when we arrived in the rain.

We spent 4 weeks in April at this very cute and comfortable property. We had everything we needed to feel totally at home. The whole place was very well equipped, especially the kitchen and bath. The front of the location is on a very busy street but access to covered parking is off a quiet cul-du-sac with nice neighbors. Two grocery stores and a strip mall are within easy walking distance and about 10-minute drive to the beach. We loved spending time at the restaurants and bars with live entertainment in the historic Gulfport waterfront area. We would highly recommend this property.

My husband and I rented this house for the month of March. We have rented many vacation houses on a monthly basis. In our opinion this rental is a good alternative to a hotel for a small family or two couples for a few nights. It didn’t work for us as a monthly rental. We left after two weeks. From past reviews however, it’s obvious it has been used for short rentals and that those renters seemed pleased with the property. We clearly needed to ask more questions given we wanted to rent for a month. The outside is very well maintained. It is located on a cul-de-sac but the location is far from quiet. A city center five-lane busy thoroughfare is 20 feet from the front of the house. The back yard is quieter, but constant general traffic and emergency vehicles noise is still very noticeable at all hours. With all the windows shut most outside noise is minimal inside. The rental location should be highlighted for future renters. Long drapes block the street view and some road noise, but they also block light and close the living rooms and kitchen in. One bathroom with no fan, the quality of the beds, the bedding and window coverings, having no dressers in the bedrooms, and smoke alarms that went off with any cooking was not great. The bedroom off the kitchen is very small and congested. The hardwood floors were great with our dog; however, the floor was dirty when we got there and even after the cleaners came again, the floors still needed vacuuming to get the dirt up
