The staff was really exceptional and went out of their way to make sure we were happy.
The rooms were beautiful with lots of old wood. The sheets were polyester which I didn’t love and you’ve got to be ready to take some stairs as we were on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. Also the rooms on the street can be a bit noisy. This hotel is right on the main street.

Beautiful antique style and in the very heart of old town Chang Mai.

Location , comfy bed helpful staff
Very noisy, day and night as there was no sealed windows, made it difficult to sleep (this was in the low season too).
Sticky floors
