A wonderful stay in the Old Town! The rooms were clean and beautiful, with very comfortable beds. The host mother and her son were incredibly kind, advising us about local costs and transportation and helping us arrange a one-day tour. They listened carefully and offered whatever help they could. Highly recommended!

Great location in centre of Chiang Mai, night sunday market is like 3 min walk. Host with nickname "Boy" was very friendly and recommended a few places to visit.
I didn't like that I had to take my shoes off at the entrance and walk two flights of stairs to get to my room bare foot, I'm just not used to walk without shoes or flip flops indoors.

The location is perfect, right in the Old Town and everything is within walking distance. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend! :)

Location is great (if you can find it) - right in the center of Chiang Mai, the host was a bit too intrusive.
This is difficult to locate - there is no obvious sign, we came by Grab and could not find it without asking a local. The room is dark and somewhat gloomy, lighting is not great.
