Pros: The view is outstanding towards the ocean and beach. Check-in was easy, although you do need to wait for the day of arrival for the various codes needed to get into the parking lot, unit, and wi-fi. The main parking lot was closed off the last week of our stay. Not sure why. Cons: The vertical blinds on the slider was missing a couple of blinds. Not a good look. A mess of wires/boxes for the TV, router, etc. were in plain view. Wires from the TV hanging down the wall to the various boxes. Trash located in the cupboard with pots/pans....yuck. No screen in the MBR for the slider.....just the frame is there. Water pressure in main bathroom sink is practically non-existent. Needs to be fixed. Bath mat for tub was gross. We bought one. Internet is very slow. Smokers on other decks - smelling it was not pleasant. Kitchen sink leaks (pot under the sink to catch water) No instructions on operating TV's...fortunately we are familiar with ROKU. Attempted to contact host 3 times with checkout questions - no response back. Deck table was in poor shape and the chairs are old. There was a red vinyl table cloth over the table with snowflakes on it. Again, not a good look. Kitchen glassware needs to be updated. We have stayed in Exceptional properties via VRBO and this was not one of them. It's just okay.

The location is great with a front on view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. However, the property is getting rundown and dirty. The faucets in the bathroom sink hardly issue water so you have to push down the plug in the sink and turn it on the water when you sit on the toilet if you want any hope of washing your hands. I let the owners know but got no response. The disposal under the kitchen sink doesn't operate but leaks. There is a pot under the disposal unit that you have to dump occasionally to prevent spillover. The clock in the bedroom doesn't work, which is a relatively minor irritation. We were left with about 1/2" of dish soap and NO laundry soap despite instructions to start the laundry. We had to ask twice, after arriving, for the wifi code, which took an hour to get and we were not given the parking/gate/door codes until about 1 hr before arriving. This was sufficient but irritating. Also the cleaning person was still at the unit when we arrived at a few minutes after 3 pm which is the check-in time. Were the owners worried that we might get there a few minutes before 3 pm so needed her to check on us? We have always had good experiences with owners, until this stay.

Great Condo.

Unit was close to beach, pool and elevator. Clean Quiet area. We loved the beach area wasn’t crowded. Had the pool to ourselves a few times and it was nice and heated. Unit had everything we needed was clean and comfortable Would definitely return!

Condo out of the hassle but minutes south of Dayto a Beach. It's with great location, comfortable beds, a full kitchen, and all the beach equipment needed for a wonderful vacation.

This condo is great for a beach vacation. It has everything you need from cooking to sitting on the beach.
