THE PROPERTY UNEXPECTED AVAILABILITY FROM 16TH MARCH TO 13TH APRIL A 4-bedroom detached villa comprising 2 floors to accommodate 8 people comfortably. Alternatively, each floor is self-contained with separate entrances, kitchen and living room, and can be rented separately or together, ideal for 2 families. This listing is for the whole villa only. Prompt check out please is essential to enable these. ______________________________________________________________________________________ THE VILLA The 4 bedrooms are each en suite with bathroom (with hairdryers) and dressing area with ironing board & iron. 1 additional guest bathroom on each floor accessed from the deck and the balcony. On each floor, there is a Master bedroom with large double bed, and a twin bedroom which can convert to large double. All rooms Fully Air-conditioned plus ceiling fans. The Villa has a safe on each floor, in en suite dressing room. Well equipped family kitchen, also on each floor, with coffee machine, blender, fruit squeezer, big toaster,large oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker. Laundry room with big washing machine and separate dryer available. Large family-sized BBQ on deck completes the catering and entertainment facilities with music system, internet and TV (in all rooms) as well of course, free for your enjoyment. Jacuzzi on the balcony on the upper floor and next to the pool on the ground floor (for your sole use). Shower and loo located beside Pool/Jacuzzi. Weekly housekeeping included. Daily maid service available plus cook or top chef, babysitting etc. at additional cost arranged through on site agent. If you want a peaceful, relaxing vacation, this villa will provide that. My family spent most of our time lounging in the pool and enjoyed watching the action on the golf course. The Tobago Lowlands Plantation is beautiful and close to all the island has to offer.

Two minor issues
There are two minor issues we had, the jacuzzi’s were out of order and the bbq grills were not all lighting. The overall stay was amazing and would definitely recommend friends and family to stay there! Thanks so much!🙏🏼

We did not get to use the jacuzzi in the upstairs cluster however, as I believe it was not working properly at the time, but the maintenance guys were really friendly and helpful. One of the ac units was not getting cold when we arrived, but our issue was rectified almost immediately after we called, and as I said the staff was friendly. Overall a great place to stay, magnificent views, nice walkways for exercise or morning walks. Spacious, and great location, near to the beaches and airport.

The location and the neighbourhood is perfect, however, the house need more attention because the sink downstairs is leaking and the piping is blocked /not flowing properly and almost all the locks not working .The air conditioner in left upstairs need maintenance , the jacuzzi had sand in it, so needs to be emptied and cleaned, a little love prior to guess arrival will address these issue and the place will be perfect as everything is otherwise very beautiful

I rented both the upstairs and downstairs apartment and convinced my parents and Uncle & Aunt, to have a get away from the home lock down of 8 months, due to Covid. Both apartments were in great condition and had everything you can need. Situated on the 5th hole of Plantations golf course, it also offered the privacy and separation required for those being cautious, with its own pool and jacuzzi. The great expanse of the development allowed my parents to take morning walks without concerns.
Sitting out by the pool deck, they enjoyed many sunsets over the Lagoon.
Maggie was very facilitating, being flexible with the ever changing flight times and check out, allowing their stay to be truly relaxing.

Great but Communication Problems
The overall stay was good. There were however some communication difficulties getting the caretakers to resolve some issues. But the building ,pool and entire experience was great. Would definitely recommend for a vacation stay.

This was my best family vacation in Tobago. I will definitely recommend it
This villa was beyond my expectation. It was fully equipped with everything my family and I needed. A baby cot was also provided for my baby. The hot tub was definitely a plus for us because my baby enjoyed splashing around in the warm with me. I am definitely returning to this villa. Much thanks to the owner, Maggie who was most friendly and accommodating.

I have stayed at this villa in the past. My two children and their spouses said it was fantastic.
My daughter's husband who is an American said it was the most beautiful place to be in the world. Both my children and their spouses enjoyed the experience of Tobago and the villa. Maggie Spencer was absolutely great in responding to my emails and trying to facilitate the stay at all times. I recommend this villa to anyone who is looking to come to Tobago for a holiday. I found my new home away from home
Great place. Utensils could be better but only say that cause I did a lot of cooking. I wanted to rate this place low only to make sure it would be available when I come back. Check in was easy. Owner and manager was super helpful. Will definitely be the first place I check is available when I come back across.

Simply the Best
This has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Maggie (owner) responded immediately to my booking request, and was helpful throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail gave me confidence to book this holiday. The villa surpassed all our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped......home from home. Jenelle Forbes (local contact) was superb, helpful, kind and courteous. The Plantations is a great area, it is well maintained, and getting up every morning was a sheer delight and pleasure. The area is safe and secure, and easily accessible to the beautiful beaches and attractions in Tobago. There is nothing I could fault about this villa and I cannot wait to return. Fantastic Villa!
During a recent vist to Trinidad, I was invited by my nephew for a 3-day visit to Tobago. We stayed at this butiful villa which had all the accomodations our group of 8 could possibly need. The villa was spacious, clean and fully equipped. We had a great time at this villa and I cannot wait to go back there again!

Simply Stunning......
This beautiful villa is set within a stunning golf course and grounds, right on the 5th green, providing some entertaining moments while sunbathing on the decking & relaxing in the pool.
We played golf twice & what a fantastic course! with holes that go right out in to the Atlantic! Very well kept course requiring a lot of different shots to negotiate the lakes, coconut trees and mangroves.
Some evenings we would walk to the back of the 5th green and watch the sun go down, we also strolled along the paths through the grounds to see the sea crashing against the rocks and to pop into one of the bars or restaurants that the hotel has to offer (a short walk from the villa).
Tobago surpassed expectations, everyone was so helpful and friendly, we had cocktails at sunset in Stonehaven villas, Lobster in the Seahorse (my favourite), Steak from the meat farm that we cooked at the villa on the BBQ and found a great little Italian called La Tartaruga in Buccoo.
The villa is very well set out and equipped. New Direct TV was installed in all the rooms with lots of channels to chose from and great picture quality.
It's was our first time in Tobago and we loved it! It was great to go out and explore places like Englishman's Bay and try out the local restaurants in the evening and then return to this lovely villa (via the hotel cocktail bar) in beautifully kept grounds and waking up in such a relaxing atmosphere!

The perfect getaway
On arrival, we were greeted by warm and friendly staff who oriented us about the surroundings. The landscape with all its beautiful flowers lends an air of tranquility,a oneness with nature which put us in a relaxed mood.The Villa was well equipped with everything we needed for the duration of our stay.The golf course was an added attraction and was well maintained. Although we came for the Jazz Festival, we spent a lot of time just basking at the poolside.However the TV needs upgrading because it showed fuzzy all the time and the men folk could not enjoy the sports channel.We would certainly recommend this Villa to our friends and family and cannot wait to return.

Fantastic holiday well exceeded our expectations
Everything was fine from beginning to end. We had the downstairs of the villa. The villa was lovely and clean and exactly at described and we could not have asked for anything more.
We were two couples and there was everything we needed, so much so that when we went out we couldn't wait to get back and enjoy the pool, villa and surrounding area. Maggie the owner passed on loads of really useful tips. Curtis, who Maggie recommended for car hire, was really helpful. We enjoyed buying the beautiful fresh fish from the local fisherman.
All told an absolutely fabulous place and for us it was exactly what we wanted.

Wonderful experience.
I rented the above section with jacuzzi in August 2010. It was beyond my expectations. The plantations is surrounded by the sea and you can walk up to it to see the breathtaking view, the sea is also just behind the villa. It was clean, well kept and the kitchen was well equipped. The master bedroom was big enough to fit my husband, my 4 year old, my sister and myself. The other room had two small beds with it's own bathroom and toilet. What I liked most about the place was above the kitchen had a gorgeous view of the sky. I also liked that I can walk in the evenings around the golf course. I would recommend this place to anyone, my stay was absolutely perfect, I told my friends that I missed it so much and I can't wait to go back......

A Time in Paradise...for sure!
I was fortunate to find this lovely Villa on line and booked for five weeks, off and on, January thru March, 2010. On the times returning home to the states I was so sad to be leaving. I enjoyed the comfort of the Villa, the furniture was comfortable and was well equipped. One week I stayed here by myself and felt secure and never had a worry about safety. The beaches on the island are beautiful. I think I was discovering a new one every day. I enjoyed also the one so close at Canoe Resort...it was a bit of heaven, so pieceful and serene and perfect for families. The temperature was beautifully warm...the sun was shinning: it was sad to hear how friends back home in America were enduring the snow. The other weeks my husband and I and family enjoyed the jacuzzi, the restaurants, the unique shops and the great scenry. The people of Tobago I find so kind and friendly. You do need a car to get arround but once that is arranged you zip from here to there in no time. I who am used to driving in America had no problem driving, as we would say, on the wrong side of the road. We toured the island also and we loved the waterfalls, the rainforest, the mangrove forest on the site and even the beautiful music and singing in the Church in Scarborough. My husband is a golfer and so he of course loved being on the 5th hole so when he wasn't playing he could watch! It was a fantastic stay and I look forward to my return. As Described and Better
We booked bottom unit with private use of the pool, last January and we have to say our experience was beyond our expectations! The unit is clean, spacious, extremely comfortable, with all required amenities. We were most impressed with the fact that the pool was cleaned every day and the surroundings are beautiful. Also perfect if you play golf or like watching golf! Both cabin crew with major airline and both used to travelling, staying in various locations and accomodation. Would definitely recommend this property and would consider booking again. Moreover, rented a car with Curtis, as advised, and what a success! The island is beautiful, if a little quiet, so do not go if looking for exciting night life. We wanted a quiet time and that is what we got. You will need a car at this property, and all necessary amenities are within 5 minutes in the car. Maggie was helpful and booking with her was a pleasure. We are looking forward to booking this property again and returning to Tobago.
