Located in Sunset Beach, this lovely cottage for $225 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Winter is coming and it's time to plan your escape from the cold! Enjoy sunsets at beautiful Sunset Beach in this newly renovated 1925 2 bedroom/1 bath fully appointed beach cottage. Sleeps 4. Island Time Cottage is one block to the beautiful white sand of Sunset beach. Several local favorite restaurants and bars are within close walking distance. Close to local tourist areas and shopping. Enjoy a cozy living area with a big screen TV. Full cable and internet access. Two bedrooms with 2 queen beds. Walk-in shower inside with a large outdoor shower. Kitchen has brand new appliances including a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle and refrigerator with ice machine. Fully appointed kitchen with everything you need to make a home-cooked meal. Equipped with a washer and dryer. Enjoy grilling and outdoor dining in the large and private backyard. My daughter and I had such a relaxing vacation in Treasure Island. This is my second year in this area and I absolutely love it! We can’t wait to come back next year. Katie was a great host and so thoughtful in leaving my daughter some fun and treats. House was stocked with the basics which was very helpful. Thank you for a great experience

Have you ever stayed at a VRBO and you don’t want to write a review because you don’t want any else to know about it, in the hopes it will always be available when you want to rent again? That’s this cottage. If you love a small historic cottage vibe with a lovely back yard space, this is for you. It’s been updated in the kitchen and bath and well appointed. It’s an easy walk to the beach on a super quiet street.

Came down to explore the area as I am relocating at the of end of this year. Could not have picked a more perfect place to have family/friends hang! The beach is literally 5 mins away and I worked remote the entire month. Great neighborhood, felt safe the entire time Easy to get to downtown St. Petersburg, St. Pete Beach, Pass a Grill, etc. Katie was so awesome and would highly recommend as a great space to get away!

Perfect beach cottage!
Stayed with friends for the Fourth of July week, and Katie truly thought of everything! The kitchen is very well equipped (including good knives! Cut right through our watermelon!), the beds are comfy, and the outdoor shower is perfect with the beach just across the street. Truly can’t beat the location - with the exception of treating ourselves to a nearby spa, we didn’t need to drive anywhere the whole week. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

My only small suggestion would be to add a clothes line for wet towels. I saw some places outside where this could be arranged without causing harm to the palms. Thank you for arranging an extra day stay for us also. Although I grew up in St. Petersburg, other than an occasiional day at te beach, I usually went to PAG or TI Municipal Beach overlooking Sunset beach. Now , it seems that those communities have become more commercial, Sunset Beach retains that 'beachy town' feel. We would like to return in the fall.

Great Cottage with modern amenities.
This was the perfect cottage for our stay. New Kitchen and Bathroom, with efficient Central Air made it very comfortable. 2 car easily accessible parking was a big plus. A one minute walk to Caddy's Beach Bar/Restaurant and great stretch of Sunset Beach made this Cottage a perfect place to stay. Katie was a great host. I'm already looking forward to returning next year!

Enjoyed dinner, sunset and music at Caddy’s. Good places a short distance away such as John’s Pass, the St. Pete pier & the Dali museum. Only recommendation we would make is better privacy curtains or blinds in some of the windows instead of the sheers, especially the bathroom.

This was my 1st time to use a rental type of property. It was a wonderful experience. The host was more than helpful. Great location to beach. Only block and a half. The house was very clean. If I am able to return to this area I would stay here again.

Island Time Cottage was the perfect island retreat for my friends and me! We traveled from Minnesota to celebrate our friends birthday and were lucky enough to find this cottage! The cottage itself is absolutely adorable and even better than the pictures. The bathroom and kitchen were nicely updated and the two bedrooms were perfect for the two of us. The backyard/patio is its own tropical oasis and was the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The location is unbeatable! It's less than a three minute walk to the beach and Katiki's and Caddy's - two fantastic bars on the beach. It's also less than a 5 minute drive to Publix and Walgreens if you need any essentials. There is also a 7-Eleven a couple of blocks away. Katie was very communicative and the most accommodating hostess! We arrived earlier than anticipated and she was gracious enough to allow us to check in early. Everything is electronic and very convenient. She even added a personal touch with a gift basket, champagne, waters and a handwritten note. It was the perfect start to an incredible vacation! We will definitely try to book Island Time Cottage for our next Treasure Island Getaway!
