SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS The main sleeping area boasts a Farmhouse King size bed with a highly-rated, extremely comfortable Casper mattress. The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed with a mattress topper giving extra padding for sink-worthy comfort. The bath has a huge, shower with handicapped access. You can easily roll a wheelchair right into the shower. LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT This 750sf studio is wide open. At one end is the large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a huge peninsula for prep with stools so you can hang out while cooking up your favorite meals. A dining table with seating for 4 is adjacent to the kitchen. The living room has a large L-shaped sofa with enough space to lounge comfortable while watching your favorite shows or movies on the 48" TV. The bedroom area is on the other side of a diving half wall with the large bath at the other end of the studio. Outside there is cushioned lounge seating for 4 and a dining table with seating for 4. Entertaining and dining al fresco under the covered patio is perfect when cooking up steaks on the BBQ. There is also a hot tub for total relaxation. There are plenty of linens, bath towels and beach towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry room. The kitchen is also stocked with plenty of stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, and plenty of condiments. There is dinner service for 16 as well as plenty of serving necessities. THE IMMEDIATE AREA You could not be in a better, more central and convenient location to hit up some of Paso's most prestigious wineries on the famed Westside. You are just 3 minutes to downtown Templeton, 5 minutes to downtown Paso and 30 minutes to other Central Coast destinations: Cambria, Pismo Beach, and downtown San Luis Obispo.
